Please be informed that our swimming pool will be closed for renovation and maintenance from February 27 to March 31, 2023. This closure is necessary to ensure that we can provide you with a safe and enjoyable experience.

We will take this opportunity to improve the facilities and make necessary repairs to the building.

In the meantime, you may proceed to our Front Desk and get your wristbands to access the pool at the Belmont Hotel Mactan. If you wish to dine in, you may also order a la carte dishes at their Float Bar.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Great location, good facilities and amazing staff
Pros:

Very well equipped hotel in a great location with super lovely and accommodating staff.
The beach and pool area is very pretty and well maintained, the rooms are spacious and there are so many options in the area for restaurants, exploring and excursions

The highlight of my stay were the staff- especially the ladies at the bar/restaurant. I’m travelling alone and they were so fun and friendly and really made me feel looked after. I mentioned in passing that it was my birthday the next day and a few hours later they suddenly surprised me with a cake and a song out of nowhere! I was traveling alone, but it really felt like I was with friends. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay

Very reasonable and hotel was good
Pros:

I booked two rooms as there was me and my partner and my partners daughter age 22 yrs.
I thought the rooms were good and spacious enough. The breakfast was a bit chaotic there not sufficient tables at different times, breakfast for me was adequate but I would say my partner would say good.
The staff was always polite.
I would book this hotel again if or when I go to Cebu

I hope that the check in guest service would provide the access to all facilities.

Not clean bed linen.
Smelled musty in the room.
Cockroaches in rooms and hallways.
Very dirty chairs in breafast-area.
Crowded and noisy breakfast.
Absolutely no view from our room.
