Marcan servicio translado aeropuerto y una ves reservado se negaron a darme el servicio. El desayuno no se lo daria ni a un perro. 2 salchichas frias con dos revanadas de pan de molde con 2 huevos sancochados y mucha lechuga. El personal de habitacion no me limpiaron la habitacion. スタッフやハウスキーパーはとても親切
最初に案内された411の部屋のエアコンはとても古く機能せず、部屋を変更してもらった。レセプションスタッフは女性2人で交互に働いているが、トラブルに対してとても迅速に柔軟な対応をしてくれた。変更後の部屋のエアコンは新しくよく機能した。部屋も清潔。
シーツにシミがあり、1泊目は不快感があったのだが、２日目にシーツを交換して欲しいことをお願いしたら、ハウスキーパーは丁寧に対応してくれた。毎日部屋の清掃を丁寧に綺麗にしてくれた。ペットボトルの水を2本毎日くれた。
朝食は毎日同じメニューのボックスが朝の8時半ごろに部屋に持ってきてくれる。宿泊費の価格を考えると満足のレベルのものだった。
アメニティも充実していて毎日使用した分を補充してくれた。
ケトルとコーヒー、砂糖、ミルクがあり、朝コーヒーを飲むことができた。
バルコニーからの景色はない。向かいの部屋に滞在している男性がいつもバルコニーにいたので、カーテンを開けるとプライバシーがなかった。
夜になるとバスルームの配管なのか全体から鼻をつくような尿臭のようなアンモニア臭があり、配管をメンテナンスする必要があると思う。
プールは清潔そうに見えましたが、循環がないので少し油のようなものが浮いていたので入らなかった。使用する人の問題もある。

The convenient location to beach, shops, close to Malin market. Superette close. Great rooftop pool.

I am a reference this message to owner and every new customer as soon as you know we are staying here almost 4 years here BAYA PHUKET we thought Nothing like being in the hotel and room because the day receptionists are was so bad work ugly reception women like to disturb me and my friend husband all the times when she look like or she want have something else with all guy customers she will do anyway to talking and making contact with the guy
As first We’re don’t like managers cause she working without brains unable to distinguish between things cooperate with a female employee to notify to the police and search a customer’s room when not going the way they wanted;not turning out as desired as last a female receptionist like to call a good looking customer guys to have sex without calculation about them coming in hotel with his couple or family
Only bed is good air conditioning not cool no service for fix. And don’t want to change room for customers past fire 3 day I am pay for stay not for funny 😆
