Za pár minut v Krakově
ubytování - vybavení pokoje šité horkou jehlou a leckde bylo vidět zanedbaní stran údržby, například volné rámečky od zásuvek či skříně.
Hadice od sprchy krátká na dospělého i při veliké vaně...
Udogodnienia takie jak sauna czy też jacuzzi. Dostępność do wypożyczenia ręczników i szlafroków.
Powróciliśmy do tego hotelu po 4 latach i niestety zauważyliśmy wyraźną różnicę na niekorzyść. Jakość jedzenia w restauracji znacząco się pogorszyła w porównaniu z naszym poprzednim pobytem.
Dodatkowo poprosiłam o wymianę piwa podanego w butelce ze względu na termin ważności. Piwo zostało wymienione, jednak obsługa zrobiła to bardzo niechętnie. Sytuacja była dla nas niekomfortowa również dlatego, że dwie kelnerki komentowały całą sytuację między sobą w swoim języku, co odebraliśmy jako nieprofesjonalne i nieuprzejme zachowanie wobec gości.

Do hotelu przyjechałam na jedną noc służbowo. Hotel bardzo zadbany, nowoczesny. Świetna strefa spa/wellnes otwarta do późna bo aż do 22.
W pokoju miałam wszystko czego potrzebowałam. Nigdy nie śpię pierwszej nocy w obcym miejscu, a ten hotel ma tak wygodne łóżka, że spałam jak dziecko :) Przemiły Pan pracujący na recepcji. Śniadanie jak w większości hoteli. Może troszkę mniejszy wybór niż spotykam się zazwyczaj, ale było ok

In my room, the hair dryer was vibrating very hard and blowing very little air, and obviously needs to be replaced.
