Komfortowy hotel w centrum Białki
Pros:

Idealna lokalizacja, duży parking. Pokój czysty i przestronny, z balkonem. W pokoju klimatyzacja, w lecie na plus ;)
Śniadanie bardzo urozmaicone, wszystko świeżutkie. Obsługa na recepcji i w restauracji pomocna i życzliwa. Polecam i zamierzam wrócić jesienią lub zimą :)

Hotel źle zarządzany, personel przemęczony i sfrustrowany, drobne niedociągnięcia, które składają się na bardzo złe ogólne wrażenie - pęknięte kafelki w łazience, niedomykająca się kabina prysznicowa, migająca żarówka w lampie górnej w pokoju, klimatyzacja sterowana z recepcji (za każdym razem kiedy chcecie zmienić cos w ustawieniach czeka was spacer do recepcji - beznadziejny pomysł), brak produktów na śniadaniu, etc.
