Cons:

Я забронювала даний готель і відразу звʼязалася з менеджером та попросила щоб нам дали номер з видом на сад, не на проїжджу дорогу, бо я подорожую з дитиною. Мені все підтвердили, що звісно номер дадуть, а по факту дали щ видом на шумну дорогу, ніхто не виспався і дитина в тому числі, на рецепшині сказали, що готель заповнений.

Pros:

Hotel położony jest w dobrej lokalizacji, blisko centrum. Śniadania były smaczne i różnorodne. Dużym atutem jest możliwość zameldowania również późnym wieczorem. Szczególne podziękowania należą się pani z nocnej obsługi, która była niezwykle miła, uprzejma i pomocna. Na pochwałę zasługują także panie dbające o czystość – chętnie pomogły nam, gdy w pokoju zabrakło środków higienicznych.

Cons:

Największym minusem była obsługa restauracji podczas śniadania. Nieprzyjemne wrażenie sprawiło na nas sprzątanie i przygotowywanie sali do późniejszej imprezy jeszcze w trakcie, gdy goście hotelowi spożywali posiłki. Odnosiliśmy wrażenie, że priorytetem były przygotowania do wydarzenia, a nie komfort gości. Takie działania nie powinny wpływać na komfort gości. Zabrakło odpowiedniej organizacji i wyczucia sytuacji oraz szacunku dla osób korzystających ze śniadania, gdyż nie czuliśmy się w pełni mile widziani.
Poza tym brak miejsca na parkingu dla gości hotelowych.

Bardzo udany pobyt, jesteśmy zaskoczeni wysoką jakością obiektu.
Pros:

Bardzo polecam, wszystko zgodne z opisem. Bardzo czysty i schludny pokój. W pokoju klima, estetyczne ręczniki, pościel schludna. Restauracja pod pokojem ekstra. Lokalizacja również bardzo dobra.
