Przybudówka wymaga gruntownego remontu. Łazienka w opłakanym stanie. Niewygodne materace, stara pościel. Brak lodówki, brak klimatyzacji, brak moskitier. Stosunek ceny do jako jakości to żart z ludzi. Brak możliwości rozliczenia na pokój.
