Hotel Jaskółka is useful place to stay, with excellent breakfast options.
Pros:

The hotel is in a convenient location, about a quarter of an hour walk from the centre of Ustroń. The staff are helpful, and the breakfast offering in the dining room was excellent. This is certainly the redeeming feature of this hotel.

Cons:

Whilst a certain amount of wear-and-tear could be expected for the price and rural location, the linen and towels could have been better.

The breakfast was very good and the staff were friendly

Cons:

The rooms looked like they were from the 1990s without changes. Light fittings were falling apart. The whole place felt dark, uncared for and it was overpriced.

Jestem super zadowolona z obsługi ( panie recepcjonistki, kelnerki, kuchnia - bardzo smaczna, śniadania urozmaicone - bufet szwedzki, panie sprzątające). Czysto i schludnie. Widok piękny na okolicę.

Niestety elewacja zewnętrzna wymaga remontu i część pomieszczeń. Wnętrza pamiętają poprzedni wiek...
