Friendly and helpful staff, calm and next to Rynek, easy access by car, parking is a plus
Pros:

The staff were so helpful and kind.

Cons:

I arrived by car with heavy luggage and did not realise that they were many steps from the Parking to the reception and no elevator. The system for opening the room doors has a recording of a loud voice each time anyone enters their room.

Ein interessanter Stop
Pros:

Das Zimmer war geräumig und gemütlich mit dem Sessel und dem kleinen Tisch.
Das Badezimmer war groß und sauber und hatte alles, was man braucht.
Die Lage ist sehr gut "mitten drin"!

Cons:

Es ist ein schönes Hotel und schon etwas älter daher hat mir ein Aufzug gefehlt. Der Charme macht alles gut.
