Điều mình thích nhất không phải là phòng đẹp, mà là cảm giác được đón tiếp rất tử tế. Từ lúc check-in đến khi trả phòng đều rất thoải mái. Phòng sạch, gọn gàng, ngủ ngon. Một nơi khiến mình muốn quay lại. Có 2 bạn Nhi rất vui vẻ, bạn Ý và bạn Phát cũng hỗ trợ mình rất nhiệt tình. Hôm mình trả phòng mình bị delay chuyến xe nhưng các bạn vẫn hỗ trợ mình trả phòng trễ khoảng hơn nửa tiếng. Cảm ơn các bạn rất nhiều cho một kì nghỉ chữa lành.

The hot water takes a long time to get. The lobby toilet is not clean.

We booked 5 rooms for our group, and everyone was very satisfied. The receptionists were incredibly helpful and friendly, supporting us from check-in to check-out. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and it was very convenient that vehicles could access the hotel directly. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Da Lat.

One of my favorite stays in Da Lat. The hotel has a very chill vibe with a stylish and well-thought-out design. The room was clean, cozy, and smelled nice. Staff were super friendly and provided great service. The location is convenient, close to many restaurants and attractions. Perfect for a relaxing getaway. Would definitely come back!
