Pros:

My original room wasn't good at all. I was offered to move to another room which i like it after all.

Cons:

Problem with parking ( small one,cars are aways blocked)
Wooden floor make a lots of noises.

Overall, I'm not convinced.
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was modern, clean, and beautifully renovated. The staff were exceptionally friendly, polite, and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel itself has been renovated to a high standard and looks very attractive. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was especially appreciated during the warm weather.

Cons:

The biggest disappointment was the breakfast area, which is located in a basement. The room feels damp, and it is simply not a pleasant environment for hotel guests to have breakfast. It does not feel like a space designed for dining. The scrambled eggs are prepared only upon request, and guests often have to ask more than once because there is only one person working in the kitchen. There is an old radio in the breakfast room, and when it is not turned on, which happened on three out of the five mornings during my stay, the room feels silent and echoey like a cellar. The bread selection was limited and of very low quality.
In addition, throughout breakfast guests have to listen to the cook washing dishes and banging pots and pans in the kitchen. It was very distracting and far below the standard I would expect from a hotel of this category.
Overall, I found myself frustrated every morning when going down for breakfast. It is especially disappointing because the hotel itself is beautifully renovated and even has an additional hall that appears to be reserved only for events.

Tout ! Excellent accueil, grande amabilité et élégance du personnel. L' hôtel correspond parfaitement à la description. Deux couettes personnelles, c'est vraiment génial!

Pros:

Hotel Gal jest zdecydowanie najlepszym hotelem w Tarnowie! Pokoje są przytulne i bardzo czyste.
Świetna lokalizacja - Stacja PKP na miejscu, blisko do centrum miasta!
Personel hotelu jest profesjonalny pod każdym względem - zarówno w recepcji , w sali śniadań jak również panie które dbają o porządek w pokojach. Bardzo dobre i urozmaicone śniadania.
Szczególne podziękowania dla pani Katarzyny i pani Angeliki za pomoc i życzliwość 🌷

Na jedną noc tak, na urlop nigdy więcej
Pros:

Dobre śniadania, urozmaicone. Lokalizacja świetna, rzut beretem od dworca PKP, więc to super. Zmieniono mi pokój po 6 nocach po mojej interwencji.

Cons:

Pierwotny pokój w którym spędziłam 6 nocy był koszmarny. Śmierdząca wykładzina, potwornie skrzypiąca podłoga, łóżko na sprężynach. Dokładnie słychać co się dzieje w pokoju obok, nie sposób spać. Sąsiad był aktywny do 2 w nocy i od 5 rano. Portiernia wiedziała, że będę na 8 nocy, że to urlop i nie pomyślano o cichym pokoju. Interwencje mailowe do właścicieli nic nie dały. Pościeli nie zmieniano przez cały pobyt w tym pokoju.
