Minus za brak klimatyzacji w pokojach, w upały ciężko spać, gdyż temperatura w pokojach na poddaszu jest wysoka.
My first impressions were excellent. The hotel entrance was impressive, check-in was friendly and professional, and the staff made us feel very welcome.
The restaurant served an excellent evening meal, and the breakfast was also very good. The reception team were friendly throughout our stay and were genuinely sympathetic when I explained the problems with the room.
The hotel has a lot of potential because the staff, food and overall first impression were all excellent.
The Deluxe Plus room contained two extremely thin single mattresses pushed together under one sheet. One was an open-coil mattress and the other memory foam, but both were so thin they could easily be compressed flat with one hand. I tried sleeping on folded duvets and even stacked the mattresses, but nothing made the bed comfortable. I did not sleep for a single minute all night.
The curtains also did not close properly, allowing daylight into the room from around 4am, making it even harder to rest.
After breakfast I was so exhausted that I told reception I was going to sleep in my car while my friends packed to check out.
Although the reception staff were genuinely sympathetic and apologetic, no discount or goodwill gesture was offered. I later contacted the hotel through Booking.com and again no compensation was offered.
For me, a hotel's main purpose is to provide a comfortable night's sleep. Sadly, the poor mattresses and ineffective curtains completely ruined the stay. I would not return or recommend it.

Personel, została spełniona moja prośba o konkretny pokój, za co bardzo dziękuję. Cisza, spokój w obiekcie. Fajnien jakby pojawilu się jakieś hamaki i huśtawki w parku w większej ilości, bo ma potencjał!
Drobiazgi- stan fugi pod prysznicem, obrus na stole w pokoju- pozostawiają wiele do życzenia, zwłaszcza w stosunku do ceny.

Ceny posiłków jak na lokalizację wyjątkowo drogie, porównywalne z tymi w restauracjach w centrum Warszawy
Obsługa. Kelnerki w restauracji (jednocześnie recepcjonistki) bardzo uprzejme. W pokoju po zamianie czysto, codziennie zmieniane ręczniki.
Wystrój wnętrz części wspólnych i restauracji - ciężki, przytłaczający, retro w stylu antykwariatu, mrówki w pokoju! (Na szczęście mogliśmy zmienić pokój na wyższy standard), brak klimatyzacji, brak moskitier w oknach - dużo much, słabe SPA, drogie jedzenie, „ciężka” karta - brak lekkich dań, sałatek, makaronów.
Sehr speziell und abgelegen. Dafür ruhig und sehr für Entspannung und Ruhe geeignet. Tolle Küche für das Abendessen. Es hat sehr geschmeckt.
