Please note that breakfast is served daily from 8:00 until 10:00.

Please note that the spa area is open from Tuesday to Sunday between 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. There is an additional charge to use the spa of PLN 50 per person. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Pros:

Hotel bardzo klimatyczny. Człowiek się czuje bardziej jak w domu, niż hotelu. Na samym wejściu czuć niesamowity zapach, jak świetne perfumy, to zrobiło na mnie bardzo dobre wrażenie. Jest czysto. O wszystko się tutaj dba. Śniadanie bardzo dobre. Łóżka (co najważniejsze podczas pobytu w hotelu) są bardzo wygodne. Polecam wybierać pokoje nieparzyste, tak żeby mieć okno na rzeczkę, która płynie tuż przy obiekcie. Otwierać okna na maxa i słuchać strumienia rzeki. Uważam to za niewykorzystany potencjał tego hotelu, jako super reklamy dla ludzi , którzy chcą perfekcyjnego snu, spokoju i zharmonizowania ciała oraz umysłu przez dźwięk wody. Blisko do kruczych skał, śmiało dorzuciłbym kamieniem. Co jeszcze mogę dodać, świetna obsługa, naprawdę pomocna i miła. Muzyka w środku jest taka jak być powinna, a nie zawsze to takie oczywiste. Polecam.

Pros:

Hotel w doskonałym miejscu, blisko centrum, a jednocześnie blisko wejścia na szlak. Przytulny, na niewielką liczbę gości, co stwarza domową atmosferę. Parking na miejscu, pyszne śniadanie, na miejscu restauracja, ale nie miałam okazji skosztować potraw. Nasz pokój był niewielki i to jedyny minus, ale oprócz łóżek były dwa foteliki i stolik oraz pojemna szafa, ale w holu jest salonik wypoczynkowy dla gości, więc można posiedzieć na kanapie z filiżanką kawy lub pograć w karty. Czyściutko.

Brak windy, ale nasze bagaże wniesiono.

Niezwykle udany pobyt w fantastycznym miejscu.
Pros:

Wspaniałe miejsce do odpoczynku i relaksu, świetna baza wypadowa do zwiedzania miasta i wejścia na szlaki, pyszne śniadania, niezwykle ciepła i przyjazna atmosfera. Wrócimy bo naprawdę warto.

Nettes familiengeführtes Hotel, gemütliche Zimmer. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für eine Wanderung zur Schneekoppe. Angenehmes Restaurant mit regionaler Küche.

Cons:

Leider keine Verdunkelungsmöglichkeit an den Dachfenstern vorhanden, daher eingeschränkter Schlafkomfort.

Miło, przytulnie, czysto! POLECAM!!!
Pros:

Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z wyjazdu. Hotel na uboczu więc zdala od zgiełku turystów i dużego ruchu pojazdów, pomimo tego jeśli potrzeba się dostać do centrum to nie jest daleko. Smaczne śniadania, gdzie każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Bardzo miły i pomocny personel. Jeśli ktoś podróżuje z małym dzieckiem/niemowlęciem, polecam pokój od strony parku. Szum wody pomoże skutecznie uśpić malucha.

Cons:

Nic szczególnego nie zwróciło mojej uwagi od strony negatywnej.

Wir waren mit dem Aufenthalt zufrieden und würden das Hotel weiterempfehlen.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut mit vielfältiger Auswahl. Warme Speisen gab es jeden Morgen auch nach Wunsch frisch gebrühten Kaffee oder Tee. Das einzige Manko waren die Backwaren und zwar , die Brötchen zwei gleiche Sorten jeden Tag und änlich das Brot .

Cons:

Der unangehneme Geruch in der Duschkabine, gegen den, die sehr freundliche Dame von dem Hotelpersonal engagiert gekämpft hat und die Hotelinhaberin einen Rabatt gewährt.
