Très grosse déception
Pros:

Le personnel du restaurant est très sympathique, avec un vrai sens du service. À la réception c'est plus variable. Le cadre est sympathique pour ceux qui recherchent le calme en plein cœur de la Pologne.

Cons:

Je fréquente cet hôtel depuis son ouverture, il y a une dizaine d'années. Lors de mon premier séjour, la route d'accès n'était même pas encore goudronnée. Il faut croire que depuis ce temps, aucun entretien et aucun investissement n'y a plus été fait.
2 ascenseurs très lents dont 1 en panne : sympa. Des prix en constante hausse et un standard en baisse : cette année était la dernière année que j'y séjourne.
En bref : sols tâchés, chasse d'eau au bord de la casse, serviettes de toilette éliminées, peignoirs pour accéder à l'espace piscine et spa troués et/ou tachés, carrelage dans les bassins qui se décolle, petit déjeuner en semaine de plus en plus pauvre (le weekend ça reste acceptable mais il ne faut pas craindre les mouches qui se posent sur la nourriture et le fait que les fromages et charcuteries ne soient pas conservés dans une vitrine réfrigérée), toujours aucune borne de recharge pour voiture électrique et des jeux pour enfants qui ne sont plus du tout sécurisés.
Au moment du check in, pour la première année, on nous a placé des bracelets au poignet (voir photo). Une demande de la direction paraît-il. Pour ma part, je ne réserve pas dans un établissement qui se veut de standing pour me retrouver affublée d'un truc aussi désagréable une fois mouillé et totalement inutile.
A signaler aussi le coût du parking : affiché à 20 zł/jour. Dans les faits, si vous rentrez et sortez votre véhicule plusieurs fois par jour, étant donné que vous payez par heure, vous avez vite fait de dépasser cette somme.
Bref, cet établissement était une merveille il y a 10 ans mais d'année en année il se dégrade et n'est clairement plus intéressant.

Bardzo przemyślana lokalizacja i obiekt spełniający oczekiwania chcących odpocząć w ciszy i spokoju.

Pyszne śniadanie, basen, personel na recepcji bardzo miły.

Cons:

Brak połączenia z internetem- telewizor był więc praktycznie bezużyteczny, technik, który miał przyjść, nie dotarł. Nie działała klimatyzacja, na antresoli nie dało się spać. Noc była koszmarna.

Dobry hotel na weekendowy wypoczynek, fajny basen i spa

Cons:

płacenie za prawie pusty parking w 4 gwiazdkowym hotelu oddalonym od jakiegokolwiek miasta niezależnie od niskiej kwoty uważam za absurd. dodatkowo jesli wjeżdzacie i wyjeżdzacie kilka razy w ciagu dnia to za każdym razem trzeba płacić za czas postoju jakby nie można było zakodować nr auta na cały pobyt w skądinąd w pełni zautomatyzowanym parkingu.

Only one bottle of filtered -not mineral- water in the room for 4 people and with 32 degrees Celsius outside.

Unresolved question of the parking lot - you have to pay extra 20 PLN a day because it belongs to the skansen not the hotel, strange...

Over all good place definitely recommend
Pros:

Good place for family with kids a lot of activities for them
Very nice cleaning staff and great breakfast area team
