Pros:

I stayed at the Elda Hotel in Bydgoszcz. Of course, you shouldn’t expect luxury from a two-star hotel, but for a tired traveller this place has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The room was clean, and the bathroom had soap and shampoo. What I especially liked was the large, very comfortable bed with a good orthopedic mattress — exactly what I needed after a long journey. There was also a mini-fridge in the room, although I didn’t have a chance to use it.

I would also like to highlight the very friendly and helpful staff. When I asked for a hairdryer, they provided one and brought it directly to my room. It was also very convenient that I could pay by card and order breakfast to my room — the breakfast was really excellent.

Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. A good choice if you are looking for a clean, quiet and comfortable place to stay while travelling. In my opinion, the value for money is very good.

Pokój był przyjemny, zgodny z opisem. Niedaleko była stacja tramwajowa umożliwiająca dojazd do centrum. Pokój był czysty i schludny a łóżka wygodne.

Cons:

Minusem był brak możliwości skorzystania z kuchni, mimo że w opisie była ona zaznaczona znaleźliśmy tylko mikrofalówkę w łazience.

W pokoju na pierwszy rzut oka było czysto. Jednak pod sufitem biegały pająki, a na kaloryferze leżały stare skarpety poprzednich gości...
Bardzo słychać zarówno dźwięki z korytarza (w tym nieznośne trzaskające drzwi wejściowe na klatkę schodową) jak i dźwięki z dojazdowej ulicy wysypanej żwirem.
W dozowniku na żel pod prysznic było coś, czym nie dało się umyć. Nie wiem czy to było tam od lat i się zepsuło, ale zapach był odurzający.
Zapach pościeli i ręczników również pozostawiał wiele do życzenia.
Doliczono nam na miejscu 40 zł za pobyt psa, a o tych kosztach nie zostaliśmy poinformowani na żadnym etapie rezerwacji pokoju.
Zdecydowanie żałuję. Polecam dopłacić kilka dych i przespać się w komfortowych warunkach gdzieś indziej.
