Hotel Piano

Dobra lokalizacja, parking naziemny i podziemny, czyste pokoje, miły personel.

Pokój duży przestronny. Łazienka duża funkcjonalna. Bardzo czysto. Telewizor z kablówką. Klimatyzacja. Śniadanie spory wybór,bardzo smaczne wszystko. Mimo odbywajacej się imprezy było a pokoju cicho. Pokój na drugim piętrze z dala od restauracji. Dał rade nie było słychać imprezy. Wyspaliśmy się dobrze. Łóżka wygodne. Pozwolono nam zaparkować na podziemnym parkingu bo na górze nie było miejsc. Zadowoleni z pobytu.

Švaru, tvarkinga, lovos patogios, skanūs pusryčiai, pasirinkimo yra, vieta dėl išvažiavimo patogi, bet pasivaikščiojimui netinka. Šalia parduotuvė, degalinė. Restoranas puikus, valgėm ir vakarienę, buvo skanu, padavėjas fainas, supranta iš pusę lūpų ko nori. Aptarnavimas mandagus.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean and modern, I will certainly stop here again in the future

What a wonderful fun hotel, we are currently doing a driving trip around Europe and we chose Hotel Piano as a stop off hotel on our way to the main hotel we are stopping in Krakow for a few days.

We did not know what to expect, the price of the hotel is not expensive, so we wrongly assumed low quality, we could not be further from the truth.

There was ample parking, with disabled bays available, going into the entrance was a little dark, but that was the whole ambiance of the hotel, the receptionist was very friendly, and sorted us out in double quick time.

We got to our room, which was huge, and for once on this trip it had disabled facilities in the bathroom, a huge shower area which was lovely and a decent shower it was too, not the dribbly ones you seem to get these days, but I see why, to save water.

The room had a separate part with wardrobe and large chair, or small sofa, which ever, and the bed was big and very very comfortable, unfortunately like most Euro hotels the pillows they use are not the best, you know the ones where you put your head on and they just deflate to nothing, but we asked for extra, and within 10 minutes they were there in the room.

There was a wedding on, or what looked like a wedding party, so they were busy, we decided to eat at the hotel restaurant, and we were shown to a room where the normal hotel guests were eating, as the party had the main restaurant.

We were given a a menu, it was in both Polish and English, a nice touch, and we chose our meals, again we did not expect much in the terms of quality and quantity, but again we were proved wrong, the food was stunning, tasted wonderful, was beautifully presented, and was priced at the lower end of the price range we have experienced so far, and then the desserts, to die for, the fruit was fresh, the ice cream was really nice, and the additional sweets/candy on the top were a nice reminder of our childhood, many years ago.

The rooms were very well insulated and kept outside noise at bay, only the odd emergency services sirens could be heard, but faintly, we both had a great nights sleep, to be honest one of the best so far this trip.

Breakfast was ok, we had enough of what we wanted, again which was tasty and plentiful.
