Ten hotel nie powinien być na Booking
Pros:

Jest strefa saun, może i OK, nie byłem. Pokój jak na jedną osobę - przestrzenny. Wygodne łóżko.

Cons:

Z rezerwacji wynikało, że płatność została uiszczona, ale na miejscu okazało się, że wg właścicieli obiektu Booking nie ma prawa pobierać pieniędzy od gości. Nigdzie to nie jest napisane przy rezerwacji, więc jako pracownik musiałem sam zapłacić za noclegi (w weekend księgowość nie pracuje). Jak mówił 1 z pracowników obiektu to... częsty przypadek. Właściciele obiektu nie chcą jednak jak widać tego rozwiązać, dlatego zdecydowanie ODRADZAM rezerwację przez ten bardzo dobry portal (wina leży po stronie hotelu).
Do tego recepcja miała działać cały czas, a gdybym przyjechał o 23 pewnie bym nie dostał karty do pokoju.
Śniadania baaaardzo słabe.
Dywan w pokoju ma zapewne wiele wiosen i zim...

Pros:

Nothing I didn't stay at this hotel, but I was charged.

Cons:

The hotel has no communication with customers that are foreigners.
They hardly answer the phone and when they did they spoke just in Polish. They also never answered to the messages sent through booking app.

Wygodne łóżko, czajnik i lodówka w pokoju, klimatyzacja, świetna strefa spa z jacuzzi, basenem i saunami w cenie noclegu czynna od 14.30 do 22.00.

Cons:

Jedyny minus to jedna osoba na recepcji, która raz obsluguje restaurację, raz jest w biurze na piętrze, trzeba jej szukać gdy jest potrzebna.
