Great stay
Pros:

Great location, close to the old city center, silk street, lake, night market and puppet theaters. Quite big rooms, comfortable beds. Very helpful people at the reception. The breakfast was in the nearby building on the top floor with a view, good choice of food even though not to big. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back there.

Pros:

Hotel w doskonałej lokalizacji względem starego miasta. Zarezerwowaliśmy pokój z balkonem na 9. piętrze. Był bardzo czysty. Z balkonu rewelacyjny widok po zmroku. Winda dojeżdża na 8. piętro i jedno piętro trzeba pokonać schodami, ale obsługa chętnie wniesie cały bagaż, także nie stanowi to problemu. Bardzo dobry kontakt z obsługą na Whatsapp. Z wyprzedzeniem zarezerwowałem też u nich rejs dwudniowy po zatoce Halong Bay, który był rewelacyjny. Wszystko było bardzo dobrze zoorganizowane i koordynowane przez Whatsapp. W gratisie przywieźli nas też z lotniska. Zostawiliśmy też w hotelu bagaż do przechowania podczas naszej podróży po północnym Wietnamie na 6 dni, bez problemów. No i jeszcze coś o śniadaniu. Znajduje się na 10. piętrze w hotelu obok, nie jest to żaden problem tam dotrzeć, a śniadanie w formie bufetu (od 6:30) jest bardzo urazmaicone i obfite. Zdecydowanie polecam!

Pros:

Ubicació, tamany de l'habitació i llits. El personal és amable i té bona relació qualitat-preu.

Cons:

La dutxa no té cortina i no s'agafa bé al mànec. La iluminació és molt freda i no té llums per llegir.

L'accueil du personnel de la réception, la literie et l'emplacement

Cons:

surprenant, l'accueil de l'hotelest en fait la réception d'une agence de voyage. Ce n'est pas ce qu'on attend d'un hotel mais heureusement, le personnel est adorable et arrangeant.
Le petit-déjeuner n'est pas dans le même immeuble, il manque un peu de place (tables) si vous arrivez à l'heure d'affluence vers 8h30.….

Buena situación y hotel cómodo
Pros:

Muy bien situado, personal muy amable y hotel limpio y correcto. El hotel cuenta con una agencia de viajes que nos vino muy bien para organizar algunos tours y transportes.

Cons:

Es difícil encontrar porque hay que entrar por una agencia de viajes (que luego nos resultó muy útil)

Nie no super, duży rodzinny pokój. Jak na standardy blisko jeziora Hoan Kiem Lake to ekstra. Śniadania obok w drugim hotelu w wersji premium. Cena idealna to co zaproponował obiekt. Polecam.

Żeby was nie zmyliło, przejście do hotelu ale właściwie do windy hotelowej przebiega przez lokalne biuro podróży. Ale dla podróżnych z doświadczeniem to bułka masłem. OK
