Pros:

It’s big enough for 4 people. It’s very near hoan kiem lake and at the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter.

Cons:

I think the AC in the 8th floor is not enough for the room size. But the electric fan did help to cool the whole room.

Los mejores recepcionistas. Ubicación
Pros:

Ubicación, en pleno old quarter. Irás andando a todas partes. Es hotel y agencia de viajes, de hecho la entrada es la agencia, no la típica recepción de hotel. Con ellos cogimos desde casa el crucero a Halong Bay y genial, se encargaron de todo. Además nos ayudaron a pagar el taxi (los domingos la mayoría de cajeros están cerrados o sin dinero). Desayuno genial (se hace en otro lugar al lado). Aunque sin duda si hay que destacar algo son los recepcionistas y su amabilidad.

Pros:

Great location, we walked everywhere and it's full of restaurants and shops all around, big room and comfortable beds

Cons:

When I got to the property very late at night I couldn't see anyone there even though I was assured the reception was 24/7. In the end I only needed to knock and there was a person inside, so everything went well but it could have been a bit more clear

Petit déj top que l'on prend dans l'hotel d'à coté

Pros:

A személyzet kedves, segítőkész. a szoba tiszta, egyszerű. A földszinten egy utazási idoda van és lifttel elérhetőek az emeletek. A reggeli egy közeli szállodában van, Finom nagy választék friss.

Cons:

Egyszerű szállás. Csak szoba. Nincsenek közösségi terek, de egy-két éjszakára tökéletes.

Huge comfortable rooms, great location.
Pros:

We loved this room! Rooms were a great size - super spacious and comfortable. Rooms were also very clean and well maintained. Great location on a quieter street which was great. (Bonus - Right across from pizza4ps!) Also had an elevator which was handy for our luggage.

Very welcoming and very convenient location.
Pros:

It is near the Lake and everything else you wanted to experience in Hanoi. Excellent location and breakfast and most of all the staff are very professional and always going above and beyond to provide and accomodate our family.

מיקום מושלם
רצינו חדר משפחתי גדול אך לא היה כזה. החדר נקי ונעים . המקלחון קצת צפוף. הצוות ממש טוב ונהדר טום ממש שירותיים ונפלאים . וגם דיויד מנהל המכירות. ארוחת הבוקר מצויינת הכל מהכל מגוון ועשיר. ארוחת בוקר בבניין אחר סמוך.
