Pros:

The view is stunning from the breakfast room. I also liked very much that the hotel has its own character (beautiful Portuguese style bathroom, and nice interior architecture with lots of wood), not one of those standard hotel chain looks!

Pros:

Me deram um quarto com vista pro Palácio de São Jorge, e do rio Tejo. Achei a vista ESPETACULAR. Ah, e o meu quarto ainda tinha uma pequena varanda, muito agradável.

Cons:

O banheiro é bem antigo, limpo e bonito, mas antigo.

Vue exceptionnelle
Pros:

La vue est exceptionnelle ! La chambre comfortable juste un petit soucis avec la clim qui n est pas contrôlable depuis la chambre mais c est la réception qui a les commandes !
Mais vraiment niveau vue c est exceptionnelle

Pros:

Отель расположен на горе, из нашего номера открывался волшебный вид на город. Завтраки проходят на крыше, оттуда вид ещё лучше, но сам завтрак скромный (йогурты с гранолой был самым ходовым продуктом у нас, можно сделать бутерброды). Горячих омлетов, каш - не было. Номер обычный, за свою цену хорошо.

素晴らしい景色
Pros:

坂の上の展望台の近くにあり、部屋からの景色も最高でした。鍵が物理的な鍵だったり（出かけるときにフロントに預ける必要あり）、少し歴史のある建物ですが、掃除が行き届いており清潔でした。

Cons:

シャワーが若干心もとないくらいで、特に気になりませんでした。

Bed bugs, next day we woke up with lots of bites and even find one on my wifes body, unfortunately staff was obviously aware but not willing to do anything about it. even they did not respond to my email.
also staff were too old and grumpy and they would act like your grandma if you arrive late at nights and nag you when you close the door with rush.
Overall existence of a bed bugs alone should be enough for anyone to avoid this place at all cost until they learn to respect customer and do something about it

Pros:

Die Aussicht könnte fast nicht besser sein und die Lage ist super. Man ist innerhalb von 1 min an einem gern besuchten Aussichtspunkt, in 5 min an einem weiteren un in 15 min zu Fuß in Alfama.
Der Ausblick vom Frühstücksraum ist super. Wer ein kontinentales Frühstück erwartet wirs nicht zufrieden sein aber man kann sich auf jeden Fall satt essen. Besonderes Highlight war der frisch gepresste Orangensaft jeden morgen.

Cons:

In unserem Zimmer war mehrfach die Spülung der Toilette defekt. Wurde mit niedrigem Wasserdruck weil zu viel geduscht wurde begründet. Das Putzpersonal hat es zwar jeweils wieder 'repariert' aber da muss auf Dauer eine andere Lösung her. Scheint ein bekanntes Problem zu sein.
