Lovely Hotel, Amazing View
Pros:

We were lucky to get a room with an amazing view! The staff were super friendly and it’s a lovely hotel. The parking is paid, but the spaces are spacious and the car is safely protected — definitely worth it!

Desagradable, no volvería ni lo recomendaría.
Pros:

Estacionamiento cercano al hotel. Vista desde la terraza.

Cons:

1) El personal del front desk: bastante desatentos en la atención, no tenían mapa turístico de la ciudad, no ofrecían indicaciones de dónde visitar. Cobraron el estacionamiento más caro que en toda España y Porto: 30 Euros por día y además lo cobran por anticipado, siendo que en España y en Porto lo cobran en el check out.
2) La habitación no tenía frigobar ni hervidor. Además tampoco agua de cortesía.
3) Camino inseguro para volver de noche desde la zona de plaza del comercio. Muchas escaleras, oscuras y sucias con presencia de vagabundos.

The location of the hotel was perfect, the room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was great.
Pros:

The terrace was beautiful with excellent views. The breakfast was perfect but unfortunately the front desk employee didn’t tell us about it, we read about the breakfast inclusion and we inquired about it on the second day we had to ask about ita couple of times before he told us where to find it.

Perfect!
Pros:

Het hotel is een ontzettend goede uitvalsbasis om Lissabon te ontdekken. Het personeel is vriendelijk, de kamers zeer schoon en netjes, met een prachtig uitzicht op de stad. Het ontbijt vond ik voor een continental breakfast boven verwachting met verse jus, verse broodjes en fruit en het fantastische uitzicht. Het is hotel is gelegen op/naast een uitzichtpunt en er zijn veel restaurantjes in de buurt. Ik heb ontzettend genoten van mijn verblijf!
