Very disappointing stay, especially as this was my last night in Portugal. I initially went to reception because the toilet wouldn’t flush. The receptionist came to the room and asked me to open a water shut-off valve near the ceiling, I asked if I should close the valve again, but he told me to leave it open and said that someone must have forgotten to open it. The problem is that the water simply did not stop running into the toilet unless the valve was closed. I couldn’t even shower after my hike to the hotel that is located near a miradouro, the water was extremely hot and was impossible to adjust..
I strongly suspect that the water issue was already known, and since I was only staying for one night, I can’t help wondering whether that was why I was given this room in the first place.. At the very least, the room clearly wasn’t properly checked before my stay and this unfortunately ruined my last night in Portugal.

La struttura era pulitissima e accogliente. La vista sulla città è spettacolare! Abbiamo avuto un piccolo inconveniente con la maniglia della porta: L'host è stato prontissimo a cambiarci la stanza.

お得感はあります。
Pros:

歴史あるホテルのようで、建物は旧式ですがお手入れが行き届いて、とても清潔感がありました。
見晴らしの良い高台にあるので、荷物のある方はタクシーなど利用した方がいいと思います。
部屋からの眺望は最高でした。

Cons:

帰り際、フロントの男性スタッフが女性スタッフに怒鳴っていたのが居心地悪かったです
