Beautiful place for getaway, Highly recommend
Pros:

This was my second stay at this beautiful hotel, and once again, I had a wonderful experience. The room was very spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. The homemade cake was absolutely delicious!

Unfortunately, I had a small accident in the shower during my stay. However, the staff were very caring and attentive, which I really appreciated. Despite this incident, I had a great stay overall and would happily return.

Cons:

Nothing. Maybe the distance to the beach.

Hôtel très agréable et calme avec sa belle piscine.
Pros:

Nous avons aimé le style, la très belle piscine à l’eau salée, les différentes terrasses, le jardin et la vue. Également le large choix proposé au petit-déjeuner, et l’insonorisation des chambres.

Cons:

Service trop long au restaurant pour le dîner (1 heure d’attente pour un plat), et sans excuses du personnel.
Personnel à l’accueil un peu froid.
J’aurais voulu acheter un bijou « I’m ART » : très surprise et déçue qu’il soit indispensable, de ne pas pouvoir essayer, et qu’on ne le propose pas un modèle disponible …
Il serait de bon ton d’enlever les mégots au pied de la terrasse des chambres au niveau 0.

Bon séjour mais l'accueil me laisse perplexe
Pros:

l'hôtel est magnifique, la vue également et le restaurant délicieux, j'ai apprécié le diffuseur de parfum qui donne une touche élégante à mon expérience client

Cons:

mauvaise literie ( matelas très dur)
et, le personnel de l'accueil est froid : pas un sourire, ni un bienvenue, ni un merci, ni un aurevoir à bientôt au plaisir de vous revoir, ou encore, comment s'est passé votre séjour ? de même lorsque nous avons payé, la personne n'a pas eu un seul regard en ma direction, elle était sur son écran ou à regarder autre chose .... quel dommage, très décevant pour un hôtel avec ces prestations. 1ere et dernière impression déplorables. D'autant que la réception est dans un endroit magnifique ! Le reste du personnel (bar, restaurant, femmes de ménages) a été souriant et agréable. Je conseille à cet hôtel de revoir le contact client qui est primordial dans toute entreprise de service

In the room there was no tea and coffee included. I would expect this on a hotel of this level. Also one small half bottle of body lotion was meagre..

Great hotel with a lovely view, very relaxing but don't eat in the restaurant.
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent but the restaurant in the evening was terrible. The room and facilities were very good and the staff were always helpful, a big thank to Ibrahim for the bar service.

Cons:

The restaurant service was the worse I have come across in any of the Pousada's we have stayed in.

Pros:

O pequeno almoço é muto bom.
A localização é excelente para escapar ao buliço do Algarve e descansar com tranquilidade.
O palácio é muito bonito, as salas, os espaços, os jardins e a vista da colina até ao mar.

Cons:

Não devem nunca pedir para registar o nosso número de cartão de crédito, isso é confidencial e uma regra de segurança básica que nunca deve ser quebrada. A conta deve ser apresentada e o pagamento feito pelo cliente sem que o cartão jamais saia das mãos do cliente!
