A wonderful experience !!
Pros:

We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. They made us feel comfortable and valued throughout our visit. The service was professional, efficient and delivered with a smile, which really made a difference. Everything was well organised, and the overall atmosphere was warm and pleasant, blending the old with the new beautifully. The food was excellent. We would definitely recommend this place and look forward to returning again soon.

Cons:

We were disappointed to find there was no full-length mirror in the rooms (a must for the ladies) !! Also incredibly difficult to plug a charger etc in, as they were under the units. Not easy if you are of a certain age !!! Apart from that, the rooms were beautiful and very quiet and comfortable.

Very quiet room - best sleep on the trip todate!!

Cons:

Estoi is a very tiny town - not much to see. Swimming pool was cool unless the sun is hot! No.lactose free milk.

Nice property, but not luxury nor 5 stars

Friendly staff - from check-in to the bar area
Beautiful architecture

Cons:

The hotel is charming, but it is not worth 5 stars nor the price for the night's stay charged. For example, we wanted to visit the garden next to the property (part that is public) - the hotel gives half an hour windows to visit, but we couldn't visit (since the time slots to visit didn't work out for us). It would be nice if the guests can access the adjacent garden when it is convenient for the guests. (Could they have install a key card entry at the gate for the guests?) We even tried to visit the garden from the public gate in the morning, but it was locked. There are not enough interesting places to visit from this property. (Nearby Roman ruins is currently closed, and so is the little church next to the garden)...Breakfast quality was typical of Portuguese hotels of lesser category/price point. We have been to many Pestana properties in Portugal , and this one left us a little disappointed.

Pros:

이번 신혼여행에서 묵었던 여러 숙소 중 가장 좋았습니다. 위치도, 직원들의 친절도도, 숙소 시설도, 숙소에서 보이는 풍경도 모두 완벽했어요.
실제 궁전을 개조한 호텔이라는 점에서 정말 특별한 경험을 할 수 있었습니다. 로맨틱한 신혼여행이 될 수 있게 직원들이 제공해 준 서비스도 고마웠습니다.
다음에도 특별한 기념일 때 다시 방문해보고 싶은 곳입니다.

Everything was fantastic. The staff was amazing with our lost luggage. The gentleman A Jesus was phenomenal helping us with a lost luggage situation
