Ich war sehr zufrieden.
Pros:

Das Hotel in den historischen Räumen hat viel Charme. Insbesondere auf der Terrasse des Restaurants sitzt man sehr angenehm. Der Poolbereich ist gelungen mit Blick in Richtung Faro und dem Meer. Die Entfernung nach Faro ist problemlos mit dem Auto zu bewältigen. Der Fitnessraum ist zwar klein, aber dafür gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstück ist dem Standard entsprechend und gut, ebenso das Abendessen im Restaurant. Die Tiefgarage kann man umsonst benutzen.

Cons:

Das Personal ist zwar sehr höflich und bemüht, aber wenig bis gar nicht geschult.

Het hotel en de kamers liggen niet echt in het historisch gebouw. Tuinen en gebouw onverzorgd. Tijdens ontbijt (met nog meer dan een uur te gaan) geen personeel te bespeuren. 1 nacht geboekt, vervolgens nacht bijgeboekt en dit voor vertrek. Mail gezonden dat het een aansluitend verblijf zou zijn. Bij aankomst diende eerste nacht betaald te worden. 2 nachten ineens was te moeilijk. Volgende dag kwam de kuisploeg zeggen dat we kamer diende te verlaten om 12.00 uur en terug konden inchecken om 15.00 uur...? Accommodatie is niet wat het pretendeert te zijn.

A wonderful experience !!
Pros:

We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. They made us feel comfortable and valued throughout our visit. The service was professional, efficient and delivered with a smile, which really made a difference. Everything was well organised, and the overall atmosphere was warm and pleasant, blending the old with the new beautifully. The food was excellent. We would definitely recommend this place and look forward to returning again soon.

Cons:

We were disappointed to find there was no full-length mirror in the rooms (a must for the ladies) !! Also incredibly difficult to plug a charger etc in, as they were under the units. Not easy if you are of a certain age !!! Apart from that, the rooms were beautiful and very quiet and comfortable.

Estoi is a very tiny town - not much to see. Swimming pool was cool unless the sun is hot! No.lactose free milk.
