El agua tibia de la ducha salía tibia solo por 2 minutos, luego fría de nuevo. Decepción para días de invierno.
El grifo del bidet estaba totalmente suelto, no se podía usar
En su kitchenet tiene una puerta de metal llaveada, dando sensación de inseguridad por si cualquier persona pudiera ingresar desde el otro lado.
En el anuncio decía que se podía solicitar desayuno al cuarto, y al solicitar dijeron que solo sirven el desayuno en el salón
No tenían cobijas abrigadas, pero se solucionó encendiendo la calefacción

Muy linda la piscina y el entorno verde. El personal fue amable con nosotros .

Cons:

El desayuno muy básico y justo en cantidad. La ubicación demasiado lejos de todo, y sin locomoción cerca. Solo sirve para.moverse en vehículo propio.
A la habitación le faltaba mantenimiento , las ventanas no trancaban y no tenía vista alguna . Deberían aclararlo. El WiFi no llegaba a la habitación pero lo solucionaron.

Estaba limpio y bien ubicado para lo que necesite.

Cons:

No me funcionó el Internet, y cuando reclame la de recepción solo me dijo que a ella sí le funcionaba.
Y no había secador de pelo en el baño, si necesitaba, tenía que pedir en la recepción.
