Preis Leistung top, die Managerin organisiert alles, kümmert sich persönlich um die Gäste.Wir hatten Tagesausflug über sie in die Halong Bay gebucht.Sie brachte uns mit ihrem privaten Auto vor den Eingang des Hafens-obwohl dieser gegenüber liegt- gab uns persönlich beim Käpten ab der die Tickets für uns organisierte.Wir wurden während der ganzen Fahrt von einem Crew Mitglied betreut.Wir bekamen im Hotel sogar ein kostenloses Upgrade und durften früher einchecken.Wir waren zuvor in einer Internationalen Hotelkette in Bay Chay untergebracht trotz des ganzen Luxus können diese mit diesem kleinen Hotel nicht mithalten denn das Golden Palm Hotel hat noch die berühmte vietnamesische Gastfreundschaft👍

Ruime kamer met leuk uitzicht, wel verder weg van de bruisende stad
Pros:

Ruime kamers met mooi uitzicht op het water (vooral vanaf de 3e verdieping). Lekker ontbijtbuffet. Op ongeveer 15 minuten lopen is een strand. Het is 5 minuten lopen van de haven, wat handig is voor als je een boottocht wilt maken.

Cons:

Houd er rekening mee dat er in de directe omgeving van het hotel niet veel restaurants en winkels zijn (de stad is ongeveer 20 minuten met de taxi). Wij kregen in eerste instantie een kamer die stonk naar rook (ondanks roken in de kamers verboden is), maar gelukkig hebben we snel een nieuwe kamer gekregen.

The hotel is ok but could be spruced up and cleaned a little.
Pros:

It was by the bay and an easy one night stop before the cruise the next day. Staff were friendly.

Cons:

Although staff were friendly it was hard to communicate.

There was a lack of veggie options for my mum at breakfast.

There was what appeared to be cracks and black mold in some parts of the rooms.
