Staff were great and friendly room was spacious bed was really comfy and the rooftop bar gave you a great view of the lake and good prices buffet breakfast was great 👍

Tout était parfait
Great location, super comfortable bed and outstanding staff who go out of their way to help you - special mention to Mark at breakfast who sourced mint so I could make fresh mint tea (no herbal tea provided), and the adorable morning bellboy who lent me an umbrella. We got the slightly larger 26m2 room and were grateful for the two practical luggage stools and the view to the bustling food vendors in the street below. The rooftop bar is amazing and we enjoyed watching the sun set during the 4-7pm two for one happy hour.
Concerning that stairwell landing was full of stacks of bottled water and a large laundry trolley, which was propping open the door. For fire safety stairwells should be clear and doors closed and I encourage management to attend to this, educate staff and enforce policy.
Unusual for no herbal tea to be available as many non-caffeine drinkers these days.
I loved the scented lobby but people sensitive to perfumes would not enjoy this, and I heard one woman complaining of headache.
Note that there is no pool, only a jacuzzi, which is much smaller than the misleading booking.com photo. Jacuzzi is also right next to the rooftop bar so not much privacy - I didn’t see anyone using it.

Très bon séjour au cœur d’Hanoï. Chambre calme et idéalement située, proche du lac. Accueil et service impeccables, équipe très serviable et attentionnée. Le rooftop est super agréable, les cocktails sont excellents et à petits prix. La chambre est confortable et le tea time est un vrai plus pour faire une pause. Enfin, la vue du restaurant sur le lac est magnifique.

The spa was hot, so in this season it is a waste.

Excellent location right in the centre of the old quarter. The hotel staff are exceptionally friendly and attentive to all guests. Breakfast had a large variety. The location, food, and staff were amazing.
The rooms were a bit small. No space for luggage in the rooms.
