Pros:

Het personeel is uitzonderlijk vriendelijk! Wat een gastvrijheid zeg!

Cons:

1 klein puntje die we hebben kunnen vinden maar absoluut geen reden om er niet heen te gaan is dat de kamers aan de kleine kant zijn.
Alles is aanwezig alleen de ruimte is wat klein, wellicht omdat je natuurlijk midden in het centrum zit!

Lovely staff - couldn’t help enough. Excellent buffet with plenty of choice. Nice rooftop bar that has a view of the lake. Small pool and rooftop bar. Location perfect. Stayed a second time and they upgraded our room. Sorted a taxi to and from airport. Highly recommended

Un accueil exceptionnel ! Le personnel est d'une gentillesse incroyable et d'une grande serviabilité, c'est la vraie force de cet établissement. Mention spéciale également pour le petit-déjeuner qui est excellent. Je recommande sans hésiter

Wonderful Hotel, with a superb location and extremelly freindly staff. Frank was knowledgeable!

The location was perfect! Right in the middle of the hustle and bustle, and only a 3 minute walk to Beer Street. The breakfast was exceptional, catering for both Vietnamese and western tastes. The freshness of the fruit was especially good.

Cons:

Our room was little small. However, the view and cleanliness made up for it. We only really slept there, so a huge room wasn't required. Only when it came to packing suitcases was the size most noteable.

Lage ist perfekt um das Old Quarter zu erkunden. Extrem freundliches Personal, man wird gut beraten und bekommt rasche Antwort oder Unterstützung.

Wir dachten es gibt einen Pool, die Fotos liessen darauf schliessen und es wird auch als Pool angeschrieben, ist aber ein Jacuzzi, welcher aber wir nur einmal genutzt haben.
