I would like to write the warmest words from the depth of my heart about the Lucien hotel. They make you feel like the most special and welcomed guest from the first till the last minute in this place. All of the team is doing the best job ever. We were greeted by Luna and got a lot of useful information and recommendations about the Old Quarter, places to eat, money exchange, etc. On the day of checkout, we needed to wait for a night train late in the evening, so we were allowed to use their shower in the evening and also could still join the complimentary afternoon tea. Since it was the weekend, the taxi could not come to the hotel’s door, so they suggested sending one of the helper boys with us to the point where the taxi could take us and to help us call a Grab from that place. And at the end, we even had the chance to have a chat with the general manager… Now about the hotel amenities — we had 2 interconnected rooms, and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast had a good selection to choose from. There is a rooftop bar and jacuzzi, where we spent a great time with an unbeatable view and which we had all to ourselves — probably because of the low season. Towels were provided by the jacuzzi. Complimentary afternoon tea. Location — all those recommended places you might have read about on social media are all located around this hotel and can be reached within minutes — The Note Coffee (not really worth it), The Hidden Gem Cafe (amazing place), The Giang Cafe, Banh Mi Mama, and others. Train Street is a bit further but still only a 15 minutes' walk. We already miss the team of the Lucien hotel. We fell in love with Vietnam from the very first day because of them, and we have nowhere felt so special and truly cared for.

こちらのホテルは非常に素晴らしかったです、部屋内外の清潔さ、付帯した朝食ビュッフェ(一部メニュ－をシェフがオーダ－後に調理提供有)、アフタヌ－ンティ－、最上階レストランからのホアンキエム湖の眺望、立地そしてスタッフ皆さんの心遣い、今まで利用したホテルの中で私の中で嬉しい一流の一つです。チェックアウト後19時過ぎにバゲ－ジをフロントで受け取りグラブ配車をしましたが週末で旧市街地付近車両進入禁止となりましたがホテルから徒歩5分ぐらいのところにあるピックアップポイントまでドアマンの方が案内と荷物運搬をしてくれました。また機会ありましたら是非利用したいです。

I had an excellent stay at Lucien Hanoi Lakeside Hotel during my first visit to Hanoi.

The hotel enjoys a fantastic location within walking distance of Hoan Kiem Lake, the Old Quarter, restaurants, cafés, shopping streets, and many of Hanoi's main attractions. It was the perfect base for exploring the city.

The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm and welcoming.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Grace and the entire hotel team for their professionalism, kindness, and hospitality. Every staff member I met was courteous, helpful, and always greeted guests with a smile. Their positive attitude and willingness to assist made my stay even more enjoyable.

A special thank you to Grace for her outstanding support and attention to detail throughout my stay. Her efforts, along with the excellent service provided by the whole team, left a very positive impression.

I truly enjoyed my time at Lucien Hanoi Lakeside Hotel and would happily stay here again on a future visit to Hanoi. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay, excellent service, and a great location in the heart of the city.

Firstly, the staff is incredible, you truly feel welcomed and relaxed from the moment you step foot on location. Speaking of location, is perfectly located, a short walk away from the lake, markets, and city life.

Del alojamiento me gustó todo, estaba céntrico se puede patear Hanoi andando desde el hotel y las vistas del lago son extraordinarias.

Tiene como un jacuzzi grande que te permite darte un baño con el extremo calor, gimnasio, y un bar en lago azotea.

Gracce y Anna estuvieron súper pendientes de mi estancia antes y durante, antes de llegar contraté con Gracce las excursiones a la Bahía de Halong, y me organizaron la recogida en el aeropuerto.

A Anna la he escrito diez mil veces para dudas y siempre ha sido súper atenta.

This is an amazing hotel. The location is close to the lake in Hanoi in city center. The staff was 105% service minded, very helpful and always with a smiling face ready to help us. They (Ms. Dana) helped us to arrange a trip to Halong Bay. She also arranged a trip to SaPa with overnight train and return by bus two days later.
I have been travelling a lot and have experience from many hotels. This is one of the best hotels I have been staying at. I will recommend this hotel to all my friends.

Das Hotel liegt mitten im Trubel der Stadt. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und nach dem Check In zum Zimmer begleitet. Das Zimmer war sehr schön, Rooftoppool und Bar haben wir aufgrund der Hitze nicht benutzt.
Wir durften sogar nach einigen Tagen als wir zurück gekommen sind nach Hanoi unseren Aufenthalt zwischen Bus und Zug kostenfrei dort noch einmal verbringen. Toller Service bei der Hitze nicht draußen mit den Koffern warten zu müssen. Wir konnten duschen und nochmal am Nachmittagskaffee teilnehmen.

Our stay at the Lucien Hanoi Lakeside Hotel was second to none. The location in the city is fantastic and the cleanliness and comfort of our room and the other common spaces gave us the relaxation and peace of mind we needed after a long day of traveling. But most impressive part about this hotel is the incredible staff that went above and beyond in taking care of us. From communication before our check in all the way until the end where they walked us to our ride to the airport, the staff ensured we had everything we needed and were having a good experience. In our less than 24 hour stay at Lucien, I could name no less than 10 ways they went out of their way to make our time in Hanoi better.
