Lucien Hanoi Lakeside Hotel & Rooftop

Posizione e staff top (10 e lode). Siamo stati all'inizio in una camera obiettivamente troppo piccola, ma poi ci hanno dato un'altra camera adeguata. Ristorante e colazione molto buoni.

Localisation parfaite pour découvrir la vieille ville, personnel adorable qui fait tout pour rendre le séjour agréable.
L'après midi, tea time inclu, avec un petit goûter appréciable.

i have been all over the world...i dont rememver more hospiteble and friendly staff. luna...grace...and jerry among others, did anything they can do to make our stay comforteble and pkeasent.

Very comfortable place to stay, the rooms are incredible and the spa pricing is very reasonable.

Personnel hyper gentil et investi. Très bon accueil . Chambres très confortables. Vue agréable au restaurant et bar . Comme c’est l’ancien quartier les immeubles sont proches les uns des autres. La vue depuis les chambres est donc limitée. C’est le cas partout dans le quartier anciens.
Petit déjeuner correct .
Très bien situé pour visiter à pied et faire du shopping (ça ne manque pas !)
La proximité du lac Hoan Kim est cool pour faire du sport avec les locaux le matin avant 7:30, ou danser dans la rue en face du théâtre des marionnettes le vendredi soir .

L aide immense qu ils nous ont apportée pendant ces 5 jours passés à l hôtel a facilité notre séjour
Nous étions un groupe familial de 12 personnes dont 3 jeunes enfants (2, 6, 9 ans)

Nous gardons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour dans cet hôtel et le départ était rempli d émotions

Dans le tumulte de la ville d Hanoi il était bon de venir se poser et se ressourcer dans cet hôtel

An erster Stelle möchte ich das hervorragende Personal erwähnen!!! Absolut freundlich, kompetent und hilfsbereit. Vor allem Luna verdient höchstes Lob!!! Sie war jederzeit für uns da und hat uns in jeder Situation sehr gut beraten und betreut!
Wir haben sogar ein Zimmer Upgrade erhalten, weil sich das Zimmer mit Verbindungstür, als nicht passend für unsere kleine Tochter erwiesen hat.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut und reichlich. Der Kaffee war vielleicht etwas dünn.
Es gibt auch Nachmittagstee/Kaffee und Kuchen.
Den Poolbereich auf der Rooftopterasse fanden wir im Vergleich zum ersten Hotel, das wir hatten- leider nicht so schön. Es gibt keine Liegen. Auch wirkt es nicht sehr einladend, da alles schon sehr abgenutzt und verwittert ist. Der Rooftopbereich benötigt dringend eine Sanierung.

The staff are amazing, they make this property what it is, especially teddy, grace and the whole reception team. Would highly recommend for price, you will not be disappointed.

Siamo stati in questo hotel per gli ultimi due giorni del nostro lungo viaggio in Vietnam. Sono stati probabilmente i migliori. Lo staff è senza mezzi termini eccezionale per gentilezza, premura e affettuosità. Una menzione speciale alla dolcissima Luna, che parla un impeccabile italiano.
Ci hanno fatto anche un upgrade gratuito.
La struttura è pulita ed ha un buonissimo profumo.
La colazione dell'hotel è ottima e variegata (menzione speciale all'afternoon tea, offerto gratuitamente), la posizione centralissima, a due passi dal Lago.

Wij kregen een update naar een mooie gekoppelde kamer. Mooie kamers, goede douche, lekkere bedden en prachtig uitzicht. Ook hier zorgt het personeel echt voor een glimlach, zo lief, zo graag willen helpen, geweldig! Daarnaast ligt het hotel midden in het oude gedeelte wat enorm druk is maar waar je weinig van hoort.

La posizione è perfetta per chi desidera girare il quartiere vecchio a piedi, sia di giorno che di sera. Varia la colazione servita all’ultimo piano dal quale si gode di una buona vista sul resto della città. Le camere sono silenziose e pulite. Al mattino si sentono a malapena i rumori della città che si sveglia. Lo staff meraviglioso.

Hôtel exceptionnel, idéal pour découvrir le vieux Hanoï. Personnel fantastique toujours aux petits soins pour nous ! Merci à Julie, Anna, Tommy, NGuyen et tous leurs collègues qui ont contribué à rendre notre séjour mémorable. Ne manquez pas le bar rooftop et la petite piscine jacuzzi qui offrent une vue incroyable sur le lac et la ville. Petit déjeuner varié et copieux, chambres impeccables, bravo au personnel d’étage. Nous avons eu la chance d’être surclassés en chambre supérieure. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation !

The staff were so friendly and helpful and great location in the old quarter

The location was perfect without being noisy. The soundproofing was excellent, and even if that is not enough, they provide earplugs for peaceful sleep. TV had many international channels as well. Staff were super helpful and note down small details like timing of my flight, which areas I was going to give recommendations etc. Breakfast and afternoon tea were good as well.
