Important information:

Access to the resort is provided by our boats, with boarding from Murighiol. Shared transfer is available at a rate of 200 RON per person for adults and children over 13 years old, 100 RON for children aged 7–12, while children 0–6 years old travel free of charge (round-trip, at scheduled times).

Nothing natural in the middle of the biosphere reserve
Pros:

The property is located right in the middle of the Tulcea-Sulina branch, accessible to many lakes and villages through the labyrinth of canals.

Cons:

But it was also on an isolated islet connected via boat only and its private pontoon (dock), the consequence of which is what guests need to be aware of when selecting this hotel. The management imposes a hefty exclusionary fee against local boat operators and tour guides while charging their guests exorbitant price for anything and everything on the river. A 5-minute 200-meter crossing between the property and the Crişan village main costs 150 RON when local boatman willing to do it for up to 1/3. The property has a fleet of power boats, a brochure of over a dozen shared tours and private boat hires. When I called to reserve shared tours, first there was no answer and then I was told to sign up upon arrival. On arrival I was told no shared tours available and private boat hire is my only option at €120 an hour. I get it the hotel has an over-the-top operation cost base to cover with its exotic peacocks and African crown cranes and a large number of workers from Nepal and Sri Lanka. But its business model seems counterproductive in the middle of the biosphere reserve.

The most complete relaxing experience in Romania
Pros:

5th time visiting this hotel... I think there is no need for more details :)

Cons:

While we appreciate the new Italian restaurant, I would really suggest to change the recipes - we ordered 2 pizzas that contained so much mozzarella that we could not enjoy them at all.
It does not do it justice to the other delicious dishes in the resort
