Pros:

Everything is excellent especially if you are travelling with kids. The staff were very friendly, they even offered us an upgrade for free. Great people, great place, great rooms, great food.

Pie pašas jūras, foršs āra baseins, fantastisks skats pa logu.

Cons:

Pirmajā naktī gulējām uz pilnīgi izgulēta matrača- precīzāk gulēt nebija iespējams. Otrajā nakti mums nomainīja numuriņu, tas bija liebāks.
Nav pieņemami, ka personāls 6 no rīta sāk ar karcheri mazgāt flīzes ap baseinu un troksnis ir milzīgs!
Brokastis ļoti nekvalitatīvas.

Pros:

Great hospitality and loved the hotel. It was clean and up to expectations. My go to place in Constansa. The team in the reception is great.

Cons:

The check in time at 4 pm doesn't give a lot of value to money. Furthermore , more then half a day is gone. Hopefully this can be revised to atleast 3 pm or next day check out at 1 pm

Pros:

Amplasarea , curatenia , organizarea si in special personalul . Absolut toti angajatii foarte primitori , amabili , sociabili , efectiv ne-au facut sa ne sintim bine primiti !

Camera, micul dejun, pranzul, cina, au fost toate excelente. Piscina exterioara a fost deschisa de 1 mai, piscina din spa center a fost de asemenea deschisa si piscina ei foarte buna. Achizitionasem apartament standard, si ne-a fost oferit apartament superior, cu vedere la mare, iar vederea a fost intr-adevar excelenta. Se poate vedea marea direct, neobstructionat de alte cladiri. Am avut un musafir pe balcon care ne pazea ( pandea mancare probabil :) )

Cons:

Singura problema pe care am sesizat-o este faptul ca la malul marii plaja este surpata si s-a format o mica prapastie relativ greu de coborat si de urcat la loc.
