Загалом хотілося б більш уважного ставлення до гостей, належного інформування про платні послуги та кращого забезпечення

Був паркінг і було прибрано в номері

На жаль, залишилися незадоволені якістю обслуговування в готелі.

По-перше, адміністратор, яка зустрічала гостей, не надала повної інформації про послуги готелю. На першому поверсі стояла кавомашина без жодних позначок щодо її використання. Я запитала адміністратора, чи можемо ми нею скористатися, і отримала ствердну відповідь. Лише після цього мені повідомили, що послуга платна і що каву мав готувати адміністратор. Не розумію, чому цю інформацію не повідомили одразу та чому біля кавомашини немає відповідного попередження.

По-друге, у номері, розрахованому на трьох осіб, із косметичних засобів було лише два шматочки мила. Коли я звернулася до адміністратора з проханням надати необхідні засоби гігієни, мені видали лише один пакетик шампуню. Для готелю це досить дивний рівень комплектації номера.

Також у готелі не працює Wi-Fi, що створює додаткові незручності для гостей.

Bardzo przyjemny hotel w samym centrum, pałac i park po drugiej stronie hotelu. Wygodny parking na podwórku. Śniadanie smaczne, na miejscu restauracja.
