Good price for a super comfy bed, but I wouldn’t rank it as a 4 ⭐ hotel.
Pros:

Large room (201) with a super comfortable bed. Luckily I found enough room to park my car in the private parking lot which worked well because otherwise I would have had to park across the street, not a very good idea since I had a rather large luggage.

Cons:

Unfinished repairs on wall, hole crack on the ceiling, no elevator, noisy air conditioning unit, bad shower concept. The glass wall was too narrow and the water sprinkled around it.

לצערנו, החוויה הכוללת לא עמדה בציפיות שלנו, ולא היינו בוחרים להתארח במלון זה שוב

התאכזבנו מהשהות במלון. קיבלנו חדר בקומה הרביעית *ללא מעלית*, כאשר היו לנו מזוודות גדולות, ולא קיבלנו כל עזרה מהצוות. חשבנו במיוחד על אנשים מבוגרים או בעלי מוגבלות, שללא ספק היו מתקשים מאוד לעלות את כל המדרגות. ביקשנו להחליף חדר אך בקשתנו נדחתה.

בנוסף, התאורה בחדר הייתה חלשה ולא מספקת. במקלחת לא היה וילון, כך שכל המים התפזרו על הרצפה, וגם לא היה ניקוז תקין. בכיור המים ירדו לאט מאוד, ואף הייתה נזילה. פנינו לצוות בנושא, אך נאמר לנו שהכול תקין, למרות שהבעיה לא נפתרה.

גם חוויית האוכל הייתה מאכזבת. המבחר היה דל יחסית, ולא היו כלל קינוחים. בהתחשב במחיר ששילמנו, הרגשנו שהתמורה אינה מצדיקה את העלות

Dobra lokalizacja za rozsądna cenę ale jest trochę rzeczy do poprawy
Pros:

Lokalizacja ok. Pokoje czyste i wyposażone w to co wymaga standard. Śniadanie w porządku. Było co trzeba i nawet smaczne. Jednak obsługi praktycznie nie było. Nikt nawet nie powiedział „dzień dobry”, nie przywitał ani nie powiedział co gdzie i jak. Tylko zapytał o numer pokoju i tyle. Pod tym względem słabo choć nie psuło to smaku śniadania…

Cons:

1. Internet WiFi w moim pokoju fatalny albo nie było go wcale. Ten po kablu podłączony do smart tv też miał problemy z wczytaniem filmu na YouTube. 2. Przy zameldowaniu miałem problemy, najpierw nie działała karta więc z trzeciego piętra bez windy musiałem pójść po nową kartę. Potem okazało się że drzwi się nie zamykają. Kolejna przebieżka. Pani w recepcji zmieniła mi pokój. Okazało się że na inny niż zabookowalem. Kolejna przebieżka po schodach. Finalnie „działający” pokój dostałem za 4 razem. Pani z recepcji załatwiła co trzeba ale bez słowa przeprosin za swoje niedociągnięcia jakby to moja wina. Upał, bagaże i latanie po schodach psuje pierwsze wrażenie. Jestem młodą osobą, komuś starszemu byłoby znacznie trudniej.

Decent but they can improve the interaction between staff and quests.
Cons:

I made a reservation for someone in my family. And they charged the price of the room ignoring the already existing reservation with done payment. Also uncertain instructions regarding the breakfast hours.

Приветливый персонал. Комфортный климат обдув воздуха в номере. Вкусный завтрак.

Cons:

Поломанные ручки на окнах дверях.
Вышла из душа, всё было залито водой. Пришлось мыть пол, чтобы подойти к унитазу, не став в лужу.
