Svaka preporuka.
Pros:

Sve je bilo savršeno. Soba prostrana i čista. Doručak raznovrstan i obilan. Spa centar i bazeni odlični. Osoblje ljubazno. Uživali smo. Svaka preporuka.

Very dirty hotel, very disappointing
Pros:

Its in the city center close to everything

Cons:

Hotel is very dirty, every segment of it, they dimmed the lights in the rooms, corridors and Spa so you don’t notice how dirty the carpets, floors, curtains, bathroom is… this was first time in a long time where i didn’t want to go bear foot anywhere including in the room, my slippers were always on.

location is ok, breakfast is good, pools and sauna are awesome

Cons:

they don’t have free water in rooms, no kettle. reception doesn’t have any medicine from food poisoning in aid kit and even thermometer. you can’t manage your AC from your room, you should ask receptionist

But the worst thing was when staff made kind of a party in one of conference rooms one night, and even closed windows didn’t help to sleep with their noise. receptionist didn’t do anything about it despite my complaints, and it ended up when guy from the neighbour room walked down to reception.

Pros:

Amazing place. Great amenities, super friendly staff. It's almost in the park, so you could easily enjoy walking around before or after swimming in the great pools that it has.

Cons:

I expected parking to be included in the price of the stay.

Stvarno prelepo i za svaku pohvalu i preporuku.
Pros:

Lokacija odlicna, hotel super, bazeni odlicni pogotovo prednost sto ima bazen sa termalnom vodom. Nekoliko sauna i veliki unutrasnji bazen sa dzakuzijem.Hrana jako ukusna i dobar izbor. Prelep odmor a Vrnjacka banja ispunila ocekivanja.

Hotel Menadzer sam pa sa prifesionalne strane dosta toga se moze primetiti.Prvo i osnovno malo bolji trening personala ,spa,bar kod bazena....Amenities u sobama,mleko za telo,sampon,balsam....mislim da je za standard hotela potrebno posvetiti vise paznje objektu .
