Overall a pleasant and comfortable experience
Pros:

The breakfast was basically the same every morning, but versatile enough that it didn't need to change. There was something for everyone, and a wide selection of local foods, which we particularly enjoyed. The hotel room was spacious, the bathroom was bigger than expected, and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. The hotel is located in the central area, but far enough from the hustle and bustle of the park, so we had three good nights of sound sleep. The pool facilities were fine, mostly suitable for families with children, but still enjoyable and clean. The staff was friendly, helpful, and well-organized. The hotel is modern, and I'm sure many locals would agree that the whole experience can easily compete with high-tier European accommodation.

Cons:

Our only negative remark concerns the beds. The mattresses and pillows could be replaced as they are a bit worn-out.

Great stay abd location in Vrnjačka Banja. Totally recommended and would return back again.
Pros:

Staff is super approachable, property is well maintained and clean, food buffet is awesome and it’s really suitable for families with small children.

Cons:

There were some issues with the A/C in our room. They did send a technician to try fixing it but it wasn’t successful. Apparently, the A/C temperature is centralized and cannot really be controlled in each room individually, which was a bit annoying.
