Location, friendly staffs

Cons:

No elevator, once u enter the room u will feels like in 80-90's era..
Bathroom dirty with low water pressure. Sometimes u can smell fecal odor in the bathroom.
TV, ac, furniture all oldies.. Even the dust bin they done bother to put garbage bag.
