Clean, comfortable, good location but getting access card was not traditional ..
Pros:

It has absolutely virtual reception. After COVID tradition of social distancing. All procedures starting from Check IN until Check out were done remotely by instructions in WhatUp. So guest without smartphone and mobile Internet will be helpless even to get access code for the front door. We had Internet connection and enjoyed staying in that hotel. Location is wonderful except of construction area in 5 m from the building. But it is temporal noise issue.

Cons:

No personal on reception area. WhatsUp can't replace human in all situations.

Pros:

Das check-in und -out ging sehr einfach per chat.
Das Bett war gemütlich und das zimmer ist neu eingerichtet. Für eine Person die alleine oder zu zweit reist ist das zimmer vollkommen ausreichend und preisleistungsfähig.

Cons:

Das Zimmer hat nach Wasser gerochen. Muss aber sagen das dass normal in Belgrad ist und das es aushaltbar ist.
