Pros:

Расположение апартаментов отличное! Пешком можно дойти до главных достопримечательностей: Крепость, пешеходная улица, рядом находится несколько торговых центров, продуктовые магазины. В общем, просто отлично.
Что нужно учитывать: комната реально очень маленькая. Развернуться там вдвоем в компоновке 2 человека + 2 чемодана очень проблематично. Один должен в это время лежать на кровати или быть в душе. В таком случае, все будет прекрасно. В комнате стоит маленькая кофе машина, капсулы, но холодильника нет. Для него места точно не хватит.
Если вы хотите остановиться до 2-3 ночей, то это точно отличный вариант. Если вы приехали один, то проблем не будет вообще, можно и на более длительный срок! Мне все понравилось.

Pros:

Het ligt in het centrum, je kan overal dus zo lopend naartoe. Het is schoon en netjes. De receptie is onbemand, maar de communicatie via de app gaat perfect.

Pros:

מיקום האירוח מושלם, קרוב מאוד למצודה, ברחובות היפים ביותר, תחבורה ציבורית נוחה. אשת הקשר הייתה זמינה בווטסאפ לכל דבר ועניין והביעה נכונות לסייע גם מעבר. חדרים יפים, אסתטיים, ממוזגים, חלונות כפולים כך גם שלא שמעו כלל את רעש עבודות השיפוץ ברחוב שהיו.

Cons:

היות והיינו משפחה של 7 נפשות, הספות בחדר היו בשימוש למיטה, לא היה מקום ישיבה, למעט כיסא אחד, ללא שולחן אוכל, סגנון בוטיקי שפחות מתאים למשפחה, אך בחרנו בסוויטות בגלל המיקום המנצח !

Cons:

There was no on-site host. I arrived in Belgrade with phone issues and needed Wi-Fi. I got to the hotel and the internet was down, so I had to go to a nearby cafe immediately to notify the host and try to troubleshoot my phone problems.

​I returned and went to bed early, but woke up a few hours later because the room was super hot. I tried messaging with the host, but I couldn't get the AC to come back on (it was back on in the morning somehow).

​So, I opened the window the small amount that it could be opened for cooler air. The bed was wedged in between the bathroom and the window so tightly that the window could only be cracked. I was then woken by a huge, ongoing construction project just outside my window. When I complained, they just said it wasn't their problem since it wasn't their construction.

​The room was tiny—a queen bed squeezed between the wall and the bathroom, as I said. When you walk in, you have a very small space to stand or sit; the bottom of the bed is right in front of you and the bathroom is just to the right.

​I checked out the next morning and requested a refund for the 5 unused nights. Of course, they refused, and now it's a credit card dispute. I found another room just a few steps away for not much more money that was wonderful: a big room, helpful staff, and AC and internet that worked. I'm glad I moved rooms even if I lose the dispute. It was a 100% upgrade to my time in Belgrade.
