Nệm êm, phòng khá sạch sẽ, tạm được

Cons:

Rác phòng đối diện xếp chồng nguyên đống ở trước cửa, cánh cửa không đóng được, tệ nhất là không thanh toán bằng thẻ tín dụng nhưng vẫn để chấp nhận thẻ tín dụng, trên app không thể dùng thẻ thanh toán online nhưng nhân viên vẫn cãi cố, giá ban đầu 254k sau đó bắt hủy và đặt lại lên tới 350k, khách sạn kiểu được thì ở không đi chỗ khác chứ tôi không cần, ban đêm ồn ào vì những cách cửa bị kẹt đóng ầm ầm

Очень грязно.
Сантехника в плохом состоянии (лейка душа течёт вообще со всех сторон, слив в ванной очень плохо работает - вода слишком медленно уходит).
На двоих взрослых на 4 дня было предоставлено меньше половинки рулона туалетной бумаги.
В номере было 2 маленькие кружки - ужасно грязные.
На полу и на полотенцах по всему номеру были черные волосы.
Постельное бельё грязное и рваное.
Нет сейфа.

Cheap. Young guy at front desk was super courteous

Cons:

Very basic. I was there only 6 hrs. Used it for Shit/shower and shave and little rest then off to my next flight

Lễ tân thiếu kiến thức để tư vấn khách hàng. Xuất hoá đơn lâu (hơn 10 ngày). Còn xuất sai, yêu cầu giải quyết thì đùn đẩy trách nhiệm cho khách hàng tự đi giải quyết. Khách sạn lớn mà làm việc không có tâm. Chất lượng dịch vị quá tệ thật sai lầm khi book khách sạn này
