Nice and cozy hotel, decent breakfast, nice vienamese coffee served, staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean. I
Pros:

Room is clean, spacious and cozy. Air con is good, breakfast is decent, wifi is workable but can upgrade. Location is walking distance to Sun Plaza, Vui Fest Bazar.

Cons:

Everything is perfectly okey. Only surrounding is quiet and dusty due to construction area.

Fantastic stay for a great price
Pros:

Spacious rooms with excellent facilities. It was super clean and tidy, nothing at all to complain about.

Cons:

Noise proofing can be made a bit better along with the breakfast menu. The Vietnamese options were great, but the western food items can be improved.

Мы забронировали семейный номер, но при регистрации нам сообщили что таких номеров нет свободных и нас заселили с детьми в два отдельных номера. Сильная слышимость, из номера слышно как в коридоре приезжает лифт, шаттла до пляжа нет, завтрак отвратительный (на выбор одно блюдо и напиток, мяса нет, яишница или блинчики). Одну ночь не было горячей воды, слив работает очень плохо, после душа весь пол в воде

Very Disappointing Stay
Disgustingly dirty rooms and terrible staff. Despite reporting, they did not clean the room.

Our stay at Harry 3 Hotel in Phu Quoc was very disappointing and stressful.
Upon check-in, we were forced to pay an extra fee for our 12-year-old child, even though our reservation on Booking.com clearly stated that the child stays for free. Despite paying this extra charge, the hotel did not provide basic amenities for our daughter — no bath towel and no complimentary water.
The cleanliness of the room was poor and did not meet acceptable standards.
Breakfast was another letdown. On the first morning, I was served cold coffee poured from a jug, and guests were allowed only one coffee. In the room, they provided only two packets of 3-in-1 coffee, which contain sugar — not everyone can or wants to consume sugar, and no alternatives were offered.
On our last day, we checked out early and could not use the breakfast we had already paid for. Despite this, a staff member insisted that we pay for four bottles of water from the minibar, even though there were only two bottles in the room when we checked in.
Additionally, during the night we were frequently woken up by loud door slamming. The doors could only be closed by force, which made it very noisy and disturbed our sleep.
Overall, this hotel did not respect its own booking conditions, lacked basic hospitality, and provided poor service. We would not recommend Harry 3 Hotel to other families.
