I put one star because 0 was not an option. I didn’t like anything about my stay, which is a shame because 2 years ago I stayed here and had the best time.
AC in the room didn’t work, spent the first day insisting to move and being told a technician was coming who did, at 4am and didn’t fix the issue. We had a baby with us, it was a health and safety issue because the room was so hot. Also, the pool was dirty, no one is cleaning it peak season with the hotel all but full. Staff were rude on arrival and throughout, some where okay but most had a clear sexist attitude when speaking to a woman. Animation was terrible, like beyond a joke about hotel entertainment, there was the worst live band on and a latin show in the hottest conference room in the world. The food was mid, desert choice was so limited and the food was basically the same, restaurant staff were mostly nice. Sunbeds are old and uncomfortable, room was clean but the bedding was old and scratchy, no towels in the room, requested a baby bed and had to wait 7 hours for it and towels- after requesting in the booking and then again at check in. The whatsapp is pointless reception never answers - spa was overpriced and very mid. I honestly wanted to like the hotel but the whole experience made it difficult, i will never ever go back. Also the drinks were horrible, like undrinkable.

Rengeteg étel volt. Személyzet nagyon kedves volt. Jól éreztük magunkat. A part is egyszerre ott volt.
A wifi percenként elment, nehezen tudtam dolgozni a nyaralás alatt laptopon.

The food was good
The front desk workers were not helpful at all,shouldn’t work in the customer service department,very poor
All the employees were very friendly and the best customer service I’ve seen in Tunisia.
Dining room was so hot it was miserable at meal times. Our 1 year was so hot he wouldn’t eat. Had to take food back to the room so he would eat. The room was better but AC still wasn’t very good and the room was hot and humid. Mold in the bathroom and shower leaked so bad the whole bathroom floor was covered in water. Also, if you have a baby, request a room far away from the pool as it is as soon as loud that it woke him up multiple times. The food was not good
