Someone once had an idea for this hotel, but today it looks pretty disappointing!!! Don’t believe the photos!!!
Cons:
A room with a balcony “overlooking the garden”, except all you can smell is smoke from the chimneys and the restaurant, and the view is basically concrete.
A glass bathroom with a toilet is the stupidest idea in the world. I literally had to leave the room so I wouldn’t fart in front of my beloved.
Breakfast in this hotel is served on the rooftop, which apparently hasn’t been checked by the management in a very long time!
The room we were given had two separate beds, even though we had booked a room with one double bed!
There was a swimming pool, but it was across the street in another hotel owned by the same owner!
I regret not changing the room to the supposedly worse one with a street view!
For this price, I had an amazing apartment in Zadar, Croatia!

Amazing location, great staff, they upgraded our room to there newer hotel with Hagia Sophia view. Eren and Alkan were super friendly host and great guide.

the bed in the final room we got was comfortable. The staff that fixed our ac and toilet in our room was very nice and did his job well.
The extra staff around the front desk attendant was very rude. She overheard my conversation with the main desk staff and came up and began to be sarcastic and mock the fact i was unhappy with the mess up with my room, hotel bad communication, and the fact I was tired. It was very unprofessional. Important note. Not all the rooms are the same. They gave away my reserved room to other guests, after i came and dropped my luggage earlier that morning. Then i was given a room, "Garden view" which was below street level, had ants, and the ac was not working. The staff that came in to take care of the ant problem argued there wasn't a problem, and then he moved furniture and saw there really was a problem. We told them again we could not stay in such a space after spending so much time and money to visit Istanbul and then they gave us another room on the 2nd floor.
Su ubicación. A un par de minutos andando de la plaza de Sultanahmet. Piscina bastante grande. Muy buen desayuno, tipo buffet, muy variado y completo. La habitación ni bien ni mal. Baños pequeñísimos. Nos dieron dos habitaciones dobles comunicadas para los cuatro, lo que está muy bien. Siempre botellas de agua disponibles gratis. Buena temperatura, perfecto el aire acondicionado.
Nada en especial. Lo único que para la piscina no dieran toallas, había que llevar la de la habitación.

الموظفين غير ودودين ووقحين جدا وتم اعطائي غرفه ليست كما في الحجز وعند رفض استلام الغرفه طلب مني الانتقال إلى الفندق الثاني في الجهه المقابله وعند الرفض قال لي المسؤول بكل بساطه الغي الحجز وانتظري المبلغ من الموقع ،،، وعند المناقشه والجدال لمدة ساعة ونصف تم اعطائي غرفه وكان التكييف لا يعمل وتم إرسال الفني 3 مرات ولم يتم اصلاحه وعند مراجعة المسؤول تم نقلي في الساعه السادسه صباحاً إلى الفندق المقابل في غرفه في السرداب من غير نوافذ وعند الساعه 11 صباحاً تم الاتصال لإخلاء الغرفه والعودة للفندق التابع للحجز وعند مكالمة المسؤول قال لي ان لم تعجبك الغرفه في السرداب الغي الحجز ليس لدي حاولو الفندق ممتليء ،،، ببساطه معاملة الموظفين تحسسك انك تاخذ الغرفه حسنه او صدقه وليس عليك الاعتراض وتقبل الحر والنفسيه السيئه ونقل الامتعه لعدم توفر من ينقلها والتنقل في الساعه السادسه من مكان إلى آخر وللعلم المسؤول تم نقلي للفندق بعد ان لاحظ الاكزيما والارتكاريا في وجههي بسبب الحر الشديد بالغرفه ومع هذا كانوا يرددون الغي الحجز او اذهبي إلى فندق آخر ،،، اسوأ اقامه واسوأ تجربه

The property was located in a great location very central to a lot of tourist attractions
The advertised property was not what we got, the room was about $300 a night and was extremely dirty with mold in the shower, the bench in the room was dirty. The carpets were disgusting. This hotel is a scam.
Очень грязно, нет уборки, даже воду не приносят в номер. Сходили один раз на ужин, посмотрели и ушли, выбора нет вообще.

There was a disconnect between booking.com and the hotel on the amount of guests. The hotel tried to charge us extra for 1 child that they claimed was not on the reservation. It took multiple calls to their sales team to get the issue resolved. Wasted a lot of time trying to iron out the details after an exhausting day to get to the hotel for check in. We were not notified that cars were not allowed in that area from 10 am to 6 pm. Had to drive around and park somewhere temporarily to get to the hotel. The place I parked charged me $30 for about an hour an a half before we were able to check in and re-organize. Also, the hotel has a sister property across the street. Many of the amenities were at the other hotel, such as the pool, sauna etc.. I felt a bit of bait and switch happening as the posting for the hotel didn't mention this detail. Cleanliness was a bit of an issue.
Location was great, right by the square. Staff were friendly.
It is not 5*, 3 at best. We were given a room in a different hotel that is part of the Sura group and was told this was an upgrade. Could still access everything as all Sura hotels could use all the facilities. Everything, in all the hotels, is dated and needs work. From cracked tiles by the pool, old bedrooms with grubby carpets and bathrooms with mouldy sealant. Buffet breakfast was chaos and the staff couldn’t cope.
Everything from staff to hotel to location was excellent. Gullu gave us fantastic service
