Great location, great room, great family owners.
Pros:

Could be happier with our Cave room- big, clean, quiet and full of textured character. Family owners were very attentive and handled every request. Bravo!

・場所は街の便利な所にあり、周りにはレストランも数多くあった。
・家族経営だそうで、スタッフは誰もがフレンドリーで親切。気さくに声をかけてくれた。
・オーナーは日本語をしゃべり、英語が得意ではない私は、安心して色々なことを聞くことができた。
・ツアーの紹介もしているが、決して押し売りのようなことはしない。
・洞窟ルームに泊まった。近代的な部屋と違って使いにくさもあったが、それが洞窟ルームの雰囲気と味わいだと思う。
・朝食は種類、量とも多く、おいしい。
このホテルに泊まって本当に良かった。多くの人にこのホテルに泊まってもらいたい。

Highly recommend this exceptional property.
Pros:

We have stayed here twice in 3 years. Lovely family business. Our host Furkan has exceptional communication from initial booking to in person friendly chat. Extremely helpful. Organised our balloon flight which was an amazingly professional comfortable experience. Recommend also local restaurant Tuma. Would easily return here as it feels like visiting family.

格雷梅周遭的私人包車旅遊服務，和熱氣球的飛行體驗，皆是透過旅館代為安排，小老闆的英語溝通能力佳，這點幫了我們不少忙。

Lovely Hotel in centre of Goreme

Lovely decor. Everyone in this family-run hotel was very friendly, helpful and always at hand. Breakfast was superb. Tranquil and quiet.

Wonderful stay at Aren Cave Hotel, couldn’t recommend it enough

Really gorgeous, small and family-run hotel. Rooms were very comfortable and delicious breakfast. All the staff were so attentive and accommodating. Furkan made us feel so welcome and helped organise everything from our tour to the balloon ride
