Отель «Эмеральд Ретрит» — это замечательное место, которое идеально подходит для отдыха. Его главное преимущество — расположение прямо в центре туристической зоны. Вокруг отеля находится множество достопримечательностей, и до всех них очень легко добраться пешком.

Отдельного удовольствия заслуживают окрестные дорожки: кататься на велосипеде по ним — просто великолепно. Рядом с отелем есть шикарное кафе, которое нас полностью устраивало: мы были готовы есть там три раза в день.

Персонал отеля очень помогал и был внимателен к нашим просьбам. В номере всё продумано до мелочей: чистейшие белоснежные простыни, удобная кровать, горячая вода и всё необходимое оборудование. Также в отеле есть бассейн.

Всё очень понравилось, а завтраки были очень вкусными. Рекомендую этот отель для отличного отдыха!

The Emerald Retreat Hotel is a wonderful place that is perfect for a holiday. Its main advantage is its location right in the heart of the tourist area. There are many attractions around the hotel, and they are all very easy to reach on foot.

The surrounding paths are a particular delight: cycling along them is simply magnificent. There is a superb café near the hotel that suited us perfectly — we were ready to eat there three times a day.

The hotel staff were very helpful and attentive to our requests. The room is thoughtfully equipped with everything you need: pure white sheets, a comfortable bed, hot water, and all the necessary amenities. The hotel also has a swimming pool.

We liked everything very much, and the breakfasts were delicious. I highly recommend this hotel for a great holiday!

Pros:

We had an excellent stay at this hotel! The welcome was warm, the staff were incredibly attentive and helpful, and our room was clean and comfortable.
A very special thank you to Lucas, Phuong Anh, and Duc Loi, three truly wonderful people who went above and beyond to make our stay even better. They kindly kept our luggage for us throughout the day and helped us carry our suitcases up and down. They were always smiling, friendly, and ready to help with anything we needed. Their kindness and positive energy really made a difference and made us feel so welcome.
Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again! Thank you for everything!

הנוף מהחדרים הוא מדהים! כיף מאוד לשהות במלון והוא מאוד נעים.
המיקום של המלון נמצא לא רחוק מידי ממרכז העניינים ועדיין תזכו בשקט ונופים מהממים בדרך אליו.
ניתן להשכיר אופניים או אופנוע ישירות מהמלון לטובת התניידות.

חשוב לנו לציין כי חדר הבונגלו שקיבלנו היה לא ראוי בעינינו, אך כשהגענו לקבלה היו נחמדים מעבר למצופה ומיד החליפו לנו חדר שהיה מצוין ונקי ללא עלות נוספת ובלי שאלות מיותרות או ויכוחים, נאמר לנו כי המלון עובר שידרוגים בתקופה זו וכן גם מתחם חדרי הבנוגלו עתיד לעבור שיפוצים בקרוב.

Great location and beautiful surroundings
Pros:

The staff, especially Leo were very kind and attentive, being very communicative and flexible when our travel plans changed! Beautiful views, near enough to Tam Coc for facilities and really close to Bich Dong and other attractions, yet quiet enough!
