Местоположение практически в центре, при этом на тихой улице. Менеджер очень гостеприимный, подсказывал по бытовым вопросам, например, как добраться от аэропорта, как купить стамбулкарт. Номер небольшой, но уютный

More then you could ever imagine
Pros:

It was a very lovely property, just like shown in the pictures. Loved everything they offered. One thing I have to mention is the hospitality of the manager. He took care of us really well in terms of communication and even cooked for us one night. Truly one of the unforgettable stays! Highly recommended.

Pros:

Все отлично. Удобное расположение. Взяли номер с балконом- отдыхали вечером и смотрели на стамбульскую улочку сверху. Очень уютная кухонная общая зона. Чисто, уютно. Отдельное спасибо Абдуле, встретил как родных)

Personnel agréable et disponible, mais pas d'eau chaude
Pros:

J'ai aimé la déco, la propreté et le confort du lit, ainsi que le balcon

Cons:

Il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude. Détail très important surtout en hiver. Mon séjour a donc été assez inconfortable à cause de ca : je ne pouvais pas prendre de douche froide alors qu'il faisait si froid

Pros:

Staff was very nice and helpful. Cozy hotel. Great location in a nice neighborhood with a lot of restaurants around. Walking distance from a lot of attractions. Very local feeling.

Cons:

There was a weird smell coming from the bathroom, and the walls were not very soundproof. There were stains on the sheets and some of the towels.

Pros:

The property was clean. Located 10 mins walk from the grand bazaar and with great metro location. The room has everything needed we booked the balcony room.
Abdullah , the manager, us very kind and friendly. He shared with us local maps recommendations.

Cons:

We could not used the kitchen but the common area was nice. The balcony door needs fixing.

Отличное жилье за свои деньги
Pros:

Очень уютная, чистая и светлая комната, замечательный приветливый персонал. Люблю этот район. Отличная цена. Бронировали в последний момент и рада, что удалось урвать такой вариант

Cons:

Слышимость. Если вы планируете останавливаться в подобных старинных деревянных домах, будьте готовы использовать беруши. Если ваши соседи сверху решать потусить ночью - как говориться, если не можешь что-то остановить, придётся это возглавить) В остальном всё супер!

Hidden gem, worth staying at
Pros:

Very cosy and nice apartment. The photos were accurate, and the room was clean, both of which was a relief when we arrived. The value for money here is excellent - with a nice clean apartment that is located close to the Kumkapi tram station, and near the nice restaurants, it's great. The building itself is charming on the inside, the common area is very nice. My wife and I loved it and we would gladly stay again.

Cons:

Really, nothing. The street it's on is a little dirty but as soon as you go around the corner it's nice.

Персонал вежливый, в номере красиво и чисто. Комната светлая. Есть так же комната отдыха, где можно принести еду с собой и покушать, отдохнуть. Местоположение тоже очень хорошее, рядом со многими достопримечательностями 😍😍😍 Мы в восторге

Très bon emplacement à proximité du tram, personnel très attentionné et aidant. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans la chambre (sauf des volets ou rideaux pour la lumière du jour)

Cons:

Manque d'isolation phonique, couette un peu trop petite pour un lit 2 places
