El personal amable pero cuando le comentas algún problema no te responde

Cons:

Nos tocó habitación pequeña, la puerta del baño pegaba contra la propia cama. La ventana no sube y tienes que sujetarla con un marco de madera.
Baño sucio, todos los días
La alarma de la habitación de al lado (creemos que del trabajador) más de media hora sonando cada día se lo comentamos e incluso mandamos audio al teléfono que nos indicaron si necesitábamos algo pero no contestaron

Pros:

Aunque había elegido una habitación diferente todo merece la pena! Ubicación sin igual, buena atención, excelente! El desayuno una pasada!

Cons:

Que había elegido una habitación con vistas al Bósforo pero estaba en un 1er piso, pero como iba a estar más afuera que dentro, realmente nos dio igual!

Superb location and staff! Definitely worth the price
Pros:

The location was absolutely superb, with so many restaurants in the neighbourhood and a 2-minute walk to the Blue Mosque. The staff were absolutely so lovely and accommodating, always willing to elevate our experience. The hotel overall gave us a very cozy vibe, and definitely a bang for our buck!

Cons:

As the hotel is located close to several mosques, you may be able to hear the calls to prayer throughout the day.

Pros:

Great location right in the center of the old town. You can easily walk to Hagia Sophia, the Basilica Cistern, Topkapi Palace, and the Sultan Ahmed Mosque in about 10 minutes. The seaside is also just a 10-minute walk away.
The hotel staff were really nice. They were very welcoming hosts and treated you very warmly. Breakfast was also provided, including coffee and tea.

Ubicación y desayuno incluido.

Cons:

Todo lo demás. Las imágenes son totalmente falsas a nuestra habitación. Había mucha humedad, muy mala olor,el baño se caía a cachos, era un sótano… el camarero dormía en las mesas donde desayunamos,no es capaz el dueño de ponerle una cama (el camarero muy majo). El dueño cada vez que nos veía decía que le pusiéramos 10 estrellas. No volveríamos ni lo recomendaríamos. No se puede llamar HOTEL. Además nos picaba algo por la noche en las piernas. Mal.
