Extremely nice family, good place to stay at Dong Hoi
Pros:

Extremely nice family / staff, very good accommodation, quiet place, we (including our kids) loved it. Very good place for families. The owner got up at night and gave us a room as we arrived from Ninh Binh by bus at 3 o'clock in the morning although the room was booked for the next day. He also helped us to organize a trip to the cave of Phong Nha and the Paradise Cave. I would always stay at this place when visiting Dong Hoi.

Necesita renovación e inversión
Pros:

Lo agradable del señor que te da la habitación, lo de las luces en el techo de la habitación me pareció relajante, y la potencia del aire acondicionado, a pesar de pasar frío por falta de un edredón

La ubicación fatal, súper lejos de todo, para hacer lo que sea tienes que tomar un grab, la habitación en general todo necesita renovación; inversión, en nuevas toallas, una buena sábana o edredón, pase un frío aún colocando el aire en 24, era lo único que funcionaba diría yo, como nuevo.. la piscina ni hablar, color de agua decepcionante y cuando llegué estaban como 7 niños metidos con un ruido pintaba que eran familiares de la familia que lleva el lugar, una noche de 14€ es sinceramente en ese pueblo de ciudad un robo a mano desarmada..

Pros:

Chỗ nghỉ rất gần biển, cách 550m và có thể đi bộ ra bờ biển Bảo Ninh trong vòng 7 phút.
