Pros:

The Staff are excellent whilst the location is awesome for eating and exploring.

The facilities are above and beyond, every room even had a washing machine !!

Cons:

There seems to be a door slamming mentality, maybe some soft closures or ask guests not to slam after midnight and before eight.

Windows that can open or vent for fresh air.

Pros:

The hotel is very good. The rooms are large, with nice views, and the bathrooms are fully equipped, clean, and air-conditioned. On each floor, snacks are provided, along with microwaves, drinks, and a water dispenser. The rooms also include a fridge.

The reception staff speak perfect English and are very friendly. One night, the guests in the room next door were very noisy, and the next day they moved me to another room. They are very attentive.

Cons:

The hotel’s neighbourhood does not have much atmosphere, but it is not far from the sea and Pier 2, and it is also quite close to the tram stop.
