Important information:

From October 1 to May 31 (low season) on Mon., Tue., Wed., Thu. - our SPA operates only by appointment and is paid separately (the cost of 1 hour of SPA rental is UAH 1,500; minimum order is 2 hours; in the case of ordering a SPA for a company of more than 10 people - UAH 200 per person per hour). Access to the SPA area includes use of the recreation area, Finnish and Roman saunas, and an aeromassage pool. On weekends, we introduce "Bath days", i.e. on Fri., Sat., Sun. our SPA operates without restrictions and is included in the cost of accommodations. The outdoor outdoor pool is preserved for the winter period and does not operate.

From June 1 to September 30 (summer season), the SPA and aqua zone are included in the cost of accommodations! In the summer, the hotel's aqua zone (pool area) is open daily from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Saunas and aeromassage pool are turned on from 12:00 p.m. and turned off at 8:00 p.m.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Чудове місце, де можна відпочити, розслабитися та провести час у спокійній атмосфері.
Pros:

Сподобалася атмосфера готелю, чистота, комфортні умови, SPA-зона, басейн та можливість добре відпочити й розслабитися. Доглянута територія та приємний сервіс також залишили хороші враження.

Все було супер.
Pros:

Тихе, спокійне місце. Бронювали номер вже по дорозі. По приїзду нам сказали, що йде весілля в сусідній будівлі. Тому було запропоновано номер з іншої сторони, там де тихіше.
Адміністратор дуже ввічлива, приємна.
Працював СПА, басейн відкритий.
Спати було зручно, весілля не було чутно.
Є зарядка для електроавтомобілів, що дуже зручно.

Cons:

Мені не підійшла подушка.

Все сподобалось, приїдемо ще)
Pros:

Привітний персонал, окремі рушники в спа, велика територія для прогулянок, дитяча зона на вулиці
Смачні сніданки в зручний час
На території також є ресторан де також можна поїсти(Біля ресторану також ігрова зона, мотузка по якій можна спуститися, батути, качелі,гірки, пісочниця)
Багато ігор на вулиці (бадмінтон, мʼячі, футбольні ворота, батут)

Cons:

Добавила б ролети в номер, бо штори не створюють достатньо темноти + з вулиці де басейн людям видно як ходиш в номері, навіть з закритими шторами бо вони не щільно закриваються
Дитяча ігрова зона на поверсі не зовсім безпечна, бо сходи + недостатньо освітлення

Якшо комфорт для вас не принциповий - можна зупинитися.
Pros:

Розташування, робота чергового адміністратора.

Cons:

Відсутність кондиціонеру. В таку спеку - це жахливо. Спати було дуже душно.
Те, що після 20:00 не можна поїсти в ресторані. Бо після довгої дороги то було би дуже доречно.
Близькість до великої зали іншого ресторану та слухання гучної музики з якогось там святкування.
