Pros:

Гарне місце розташування. Привітний персонал, особливо моя подяка жінці з ресторану, врятувала ситуацію та нагодувала :) В цілому норм, особливо за такі гроші. Думав, що спа-зона за окрему плату, але ні, увійшла у вартість. Маленька спа, але затишна. Хамам супер.

Cons:

Немає поличці у душовій. Кулер тільки на першому поверсі. Хотілося б сауну на 10 градусів вище, бо 90 не дуже як на мене.

Чисті та просторі номери. Привітна дівчинка на рецепції, смачні сніданки, дуже гарний вид з вікна. Також є зручні місця щоб посидіти на вулиці ввечері. Обовʼязково завітайте!

Helpful staff, although the difficult access and poor soundproofing
Pros:

I am extremely grateful to the hotel staff for allowing me to check-in early. Other hotels either refused my request or did not respond at all when I asked about the possibility of early check-in. The staff here were very helpful and accommodating, and I truly appreciated it.

Cons:

The main problem with this hotel is the lack of a proper road leading to it from the bus station or the city centre. The route includes stairs, rocky paths and a narrow trail, which makes getting to the hotel very difficult if you have heavy luggage.

The soundproofing is also quite poor — you can hear almost everything happening in the neighbouring rooms. The spa area was not particularly impressive either, especially as the jacuzzi was cold.
