Розташування, наявніть парковки, наявність сніданків (оплата додатково, не входили у вартість; добре що вони є, але не те щоб смачно).

Cons:

В номері не було пульта до кондиціонера, також не було чашки (нащо тоді чайник?...), фен страшно шумів і швидко перегрівався, замок в дверях розхитаний - треба було притискати двері щоб їх закрити, далеко не першої свіжості шторка в душі... Місця де залишити речі не дуже то є (нема шафи чи полиці). Простирадло куценьке не по розміру матрацу і скочувалась вночі. Цей готель явно не про увагу до деталей і не про комфорт гостя.

Чистий охайний номер. Присутній телевізор, фен, холодильник. Щоденно пропонують змінити рушники, воду. Персонал привітний, легко комунікувати, редагувати тривалість перебування.
