Làm dịch vụ mà bạn nam lễ tân này ngay từ đầu mình check in không có 1 lời chào hỏi, mặt mày chầm dầm.
Sáng sớm hôm sau có 1 bạn nhỏ bị kẹt ở thang máy hét to kêu cứu nhưng không ai nghe, bọn mình phòng ngay cạnh thang máy có nghe xuống báo lễ tân thì nhận lại thái độ nhăn nhó, hằn học từ bạn nam này.
Phòng bí tắc, cảm giác ngột ngạt có lẽ quạt thông gió yếu.
Nói chung làm dịch vụ mà tệ quá, đi qua bao tỉnh thành mà nhóm bọn mình bất mãn mỗi chỗ này 😭

Nhà mình đến sớm, 5h30 đã cho gửi hành lý và đi vệ sinh. Nhân viên ok. Phòng ở OK. Có nước nóng. CÓ quạt. wifi mạnh. Có tivi youtube. Thuê xe máy ở gần đó 120k/ngày, xe lead đựng được mũ bảo hiểm và đồ. Có thang máy và thang bộ.
Lâu lâu nghe có tiếng trẻ con la hét, chạy nhảy. Con mình cũng thế mà mặc dù đã nhắc nhở suốt. Nhà tắm, nhà vệ sinh cảm giác không sạch sẽ lắm.
- Phòng cách âm chưa tốt lắm. Khách nói chuyện hành lang khá ồn.
