Хорошее расположение территории

Cons:

Персонал вообще не спешит принимать заказы сидели час что бы к нам подошел официант, раз 5 нажимали на кнопку что бы сделать заказ к нам даже не подошли пока сами не пришли мы , цены высокие на еду , номер был чист )

Cons:

Не предупредили, что по их линии авария и света не будет. Включать генератор отказались, мол днем он не нужен, так как светло)))
К счастью сама до поселения выбила с персонала (не администратора! Она полностью увиливала от вопроса «когда включать генератор!?») информацию и не заселилась.

Это не то что хочется делать после длинной дороги!
От администратора и коммуникации с ней впечатление, будто я оказалась в придорожном дешманском отеле в двухтысячных.

однозначно будемо рекомендувати отель Хутір для сімейного або романтичного відпочинку
Pros:

розташування та територія - супер. Дуже гарний ландшафтний дизайн та безпосередній вихід до р.Дніпро. Все сприяє розслабленню та відпочинку.
Віддаленість ресторану зі святкуваннями від житлових котеджів: ми практично не чули звуків чужого свята.

Cons:

відсутність питної води в номері
наявність мурах в ванній кімнаті

Обслуговування ресторану:
ми були в альтанці, як виявилось, сигнал з альтанки, де ми спочатку розташувались, не дістава до офіціанта (це ми дізнались після 3-х невдалих викликів, коли чоловік пішов шукати офіціанта).
В альтанці, куди нам порекомендував пересісти офіціант, не було паперових серветок і, з подачею страв, офіціант їх не приніс;

Месторасположение, территория

Cons:

Мало места в санузле, холодно в номере, холодильник слишком шумный, пауки на потолке, окно без режима проветривания, нет москитных сеток на окнах (хоть номер и у воды), "постельное бельё с больничным запахом"

Good location, but need to give at least basic dishes
Pros:

It’s in the centre, just in the river side, so you feel like you’re in a forest or park

Cons:

While we rent a house for at least 5 person comfortable staying, we only got 3 glasses and no tea cups or any cutlery at all. Also, no complimentary water in the house. So we have had to order water and additional glasses and that wasn’t for free.
