Pros:

Все дуже чисто. Ліжко, матрац, постіль гарної якості, приемно спати. Власниця і дівчина, яка прибирала дуже ввічливі.
Можна попросити попрати речі.
Ціна цілком відповідає якості.
Розміщення гарне. Не дуже близько до трасі, тому і повітря краще і тихо.

Cons:

На третьому поверсі маловаті умивальники. Перший час не зручно голитися і чистити зуби.

Не поганий двір.

Cons:

Дуже не сподобалось! Не попередили ,про проживання на 3 поверсі з дитиною! Сходи не зручні.Кімнати маленькі ,місце для зберігання майже відсутнє ,вимушені були зберігати речі у валізах.Кухня на трьохповерховий будинок дуже маленька й тісна.Звернулись до власниці стосовно відсутності сірників біля плити,відповідь вразила ..: " І ЩО???"
Загалом : НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЄМО!!!

Норм ,але більше не хочу
Pros:

Розташування норм,те що хотіли -недалеко центр ,вокзал і т д .Саме помешкання ніби чисто але пильно і некомфортно .Скажемо так -нічого критичного,але зранку виїхали з радістю )
