сніданка не було. Розташування чудове. Центр міста
не було прибирання, не забирали сміття.
Адміністратор максимально ввічлива і адекватна людина, виходив на зв'язок, обговорив всі моменти, пояснив нюанси розташування і надав всю необхідну інформацію для комфортного проживання. Готель тихий, чистий, зручний і практичний. Загалом лишився задоволеним, ще й адміністратор обрадував що по УБД є знижки для постійних клієнтів

Nice view and recently renovated room, lack of basic necessities: no kitchen/paper towels, no napkins, no ice bucket, no glasses, no dishes... They offer 2 cups, 1 saucer, 1 plate, and 1 bowl in a double hotel room. You have just one tea kettle for all you cooking needs...Neither a burner, nor a coffee maker were there. Neither coffee, nor tea bags...They call it "a kitchen"...
The entry door to the room was almost impossible to open. You would have to kick it really hard (and try not to break it!) I called the manager about it, but he was not available. He told me to ask the doorman for help. The doorman told me that he had nothing to do with that hotel (there are several hotel rooms located in a plain building). I had to beg the doorman for help on my knees. Otherwise I would have to sleep in a hallway.
Hot water in a shower lasted for about 3 minutes. So, washing your head became such a challange. On top of that, the manager tried to lure extra $$ from me. He knew that I was an American, so I had to be rich...
Everything, except the interior and the view.
Conveniently located to main central railway station, and a lots of restaurants within 10-15 minute radius walk, offering a wide selection of international and both traditional and contemporary ukrainian cuisines.
Lack of clear instructions on gaining access. First time arrivals, hard to find entrance and someone to let you in. Once sorted, the staff were very courteous and efficient. But could be made easier if explanation provided.
Accommodation is simple and basic, but comfortable and clean, and the location is very convenient for the station, many very good local restaurants of different international cuisines, and small grocery stores. Excellent value for money for the budget traveller.
It was hard to find the way into the building the first time we stayed here. The owners could explain better where to enter the building, and how the sign in process works. But once it’s been done first time, it’s all very easy and convivial.

Мені не сподобалось те що було дуже брудно. Штори в дирках. Постіль застірана, комната прокурена. Я не знаю хто ставить ці відгуки вами на Booking. Але просто викачка грошей. Не рекомендую
в холодильнику хліб заберіть від минулих відвідувачів 😒😔
