Відсутність шампуні чи гелю для душу . Сніданки з 9 години
Удобная схема в оформлении и передаче ключа от номера.
Чистота душевой кабины, душа. По периметру душеврй кабины начинающийся грибок, как и на самом душе. Хотелось бы косметику (шампунь и гель) из более дорогого сегмента. Щетка для унитаза сломана. Вай фай не добивает во все номере
Хороше розташування, зручне ліжко та біла постіль. Нормальний сніданок.
Ресепшн працює до 18:00, тобто якщо ти затримуєшся на кордоні, то адміністратор не працюватиме, поселитись можна без адміністратора, але питання щодо бруду задати нікому.
В номері брудна вся сантехніка, грибок в душовій, розбите дзеркало у ванній.
На простирадлі, яке застиляло ліжко, були білі плями засохлого не зрозуміло чого (це було прям бридко). Зупинялась тут 4 рази, з кожним разом все гірше. Цей раз був останнім.
Готель знаходиться у заповідній зоні, поруч замок та зелена територія. Великий та просторий номер, безкоштовно надали дитяче ліжечко. Все супер.
Сніданки в кафе не на території потрібно пройтися хвилин 5-7.
Все понравилось, чисто уютно, бронировали с дороги, поздно вечером, сразу пришо подтверждение и перезвонили из отеля и все подробно рассказали и написали, как добраться и самим заселится.
На завтрак пришлось прилично идти по территории, первый раз такое что отель и питание находятся далеко друг от друга. Завтрак по меню (одно блюдо на выбор и напиток) Порция для мужчины не очень большая. Хотя все свежее и вкусное.
Знаходиться на території гарного парку із замком Шенбурнів.

It's not a hotel but a very soviet approach resort. Despite saying arrival is till 23:00 reception is empty at 21:20 and phones do not respond. No messages in inbox or email - they have decided they will send arrival instructions to viber without ever indicating it anywhere. So mind if you happen not to use it. Had to recover my long lost account after advice from a friendly passing hotel guest.
Payment only possible from 09:00 when reception comes, had to reschedule the whole day to delay departure and be able to pay. At that point considered breakfast that's also provided from 09:00 only.
Breakfast is served in a place that's not possible to easily locate: somewhere below the castle (circled the place twice, not to be found), no map provided - be prepared to wander vast grounds up and down the hill in the hopes of finding it, maybe it's that building close to the gate down below, I have no interest to search further in the rain. No map or Name of the place nor detailed instructions provided even after complaints at the reception. Receptionist is classic "you owe me" type.
