Cons:

Прокуренный насквозь номер как будто находишься в вонючей курилке оперного театра. Также воняет и на этаже. Одеяло матрасы полотенца всё воняет прокуренным воздухом. Всё старое как будто куплена на барахолке. Отопление нет. Лифт не работает. Питьевой воды нет.
