Great location , excellent staff.
Pros:

Great location less than 5 mins from Haram. Very nice staff. Clean rooms but were little small. Good amenities . Coffee shop is great

Roooms are very nice and clean and comfortable. Receptionists are helpful.

We had to pay extra for the parking which is a overly high fee in my opinion. We still accepted it. However why do you need to get off your car to go to reception to make payment before you can get in especially in the hot weather ? Thats very annoying to a customer. Somehow they cant charge the parking fee on the room. They know how to collect the deposit for the room inadvance but they cant charge the parking fee on the room and collect it before you leave. Also the parking staff was very rude and didnt speak english so we couldnt communicate our issue with the staff. I tried to explain him when we are leaving the parking area that we will come back and we can sort out whatever the issue is once we come back but he insisted us to see the reception. It seemed like everytime you go in and out of the parking you need to see the reception.

Bosphorus Grand safi oteline rezervasyon yapmıştık fakat tadilat var nedeniyle bizi Le Bosphorus waqf al safi oteline yönlendirdiler tesis çok konforluydu fakat oda temizliği nedir bilmiyorlar 2 dk toparlayıp çıkmışlar
Mescidin 322 numaralı kapısına yakın nasip olursa tekrar gidersem 305 304 numaralı kapılara yakın otel tutacağım
Booking fiyatları biraz pahalı geldi uçağımız gece
3 teydi akşama kadar kalalım dedik 1 günlük ücret talep ediyorlar tabiki 320 sar bu sitede günlük 475 sar rezervasyon yaptırdık bu site pahalı
