مكان جميل بس يعيبه سياسة

المكان كبير وشرح ونظيف والبوفيه كان لذيذ جداً

الفندق بشكل عام كان جيدًا من ناحية النظافة، ولكن لدي بعض الملاحظات التي أتمنى من الإدارة أخذها بعين الاعتبار:

• الأثاث: رغم نظافته، إلا أن الأثاث قديم ومتهالك إلى حد ما، ويحتاج إلى تجديد أو صيانة.
• سياسة أوقات الدخول والخروج: أتمنى إعادة النظر في هذه السياسة، خصوصًا فيما يتعلق بمرونة وقت الخروج. سجلت دخولي في فترة المغرب، وموظف الاستقبال أوضح لي أكثر من مرة أن وقت الخروج الساعة 1 ظهرًا. وبالفعل، في اليوم التالي عند حلول الساعة 1 ظهرًا مباشرة، تلقيت اتصالًا ورسالة عبر الواتساب للتنبيه بالخروج أو التمديد، في الوقت الذي كنت قد بدأت فيه النوم للتو بسبب عدم تمكني من النوم ليلًا نتيجة الإزعاج.
الفندق كان شبه خالٍ، ولم يكن الوقت وقت ذروة، لذلك كنت أتمنى وجود قدر أكبر من المرونة، خصوصًا أنني في اليوم السابق أقمت في فندق آخر في مكة، وسجلت الدخول الساعة 4 عصرًا، وأبلغني الموظف مشكورًا بأن وقت خروجي سيكون الساعة 3 عصرًا مراعاةً لوقت وصولي المتأخر.
مثل هذه المرونة أعتقد أنها تساهم في كسب رضا العميل وتشجعه على تكرار التجربة.
• اختيار الغرفة: من أكثر الأمور التي أزعجتني أن الموظف اختار لي الغرفة رقم 202، رغم أن الفندق كان شبه خالٍ ولا توجد أعداد كبيرة من النزلاء. وكانت الغرفة مطلة مباشرة على الشارع، مما تسبب في إزعاج شديد من أصوات السيارات في الصباح، ومنعني من الحصول على النوم والراحة التي كنت أحتاجها.

بشكل عام، أتمنى من إدارة الفندق الاهتمام بتجديد الأثاث، ومراعاة مرونة أوقات الدخول والخروج، والأهم تحسين آلية اختيار الغرف للنزلاء، خصوصًا عندما يكون الفندق غير ممتلئ، بحيث يتم تجنب الغرف المزعجة قدر الإمكان.

استقبال مرحب، ضيافة وبخور في اللوبي، إفطار متنوع، مساحة الغرفة جيدة، المنظر العام مريح، مواقف متاحة، خدمات قريبة جدا (مسجد، مطاعم، مقاهي، سوبر ماركت، مغسلة ملابس، مولات)، مسبح نظيف، شبكة نت ممتازة، سرير مريح، أثاث جيد، أدوات المطبخ كافية، أغلب الأدوات الصحية جديدة

طبيعة الفندق (المسبح والزرع) تستوجب وجود رائحة رطوبة في المكان ومع ذلك كانت رائحة الرطوبة خفيفة جدا في اللوبي والممرات، لكن يبدو أن مستخدم الغرفة قبلنا كان يجلس على الأثاث بعد السباحة مباشرة لأن رائحة الرطوبة في الغرفة (رقم 205) أكثر من الرائحة في الخارج بكثير، كلتا شاشتي التلفاز قديمتان (لا يوجد بها تطبيق يوتيوب ولا منفذ HDMI)
